Today, the next monthly joint meeting of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the executive committees of the municipal districts of the republic on the preparation of urban planning documentation was held with the participation of the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullina. Representatives of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography and the Federal Cadastral Chamber for the Republic of Tatarstan also joined through the videoconferencing.

Artur Galiev, First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on how the Republic of Tatarstan is providing land plots for large families in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin. The meeting was traditionally held with the connection of all municipal districts via videoconferencing.

So, in the republic today 71340 large families are included in the lists for receiving land plots, 48470 families are put on the cadastral register, about 45 thousand (67.41%) of them received land plots in their ownership. 26,665 families with many children are awaiting the provision of plots.

The Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan gathered under its wing specialists not only from Tatarstan, but also from other subjects of Russia and even the Сommonwealth of independent states. Each of them is a professional in his field - data storage and processing, production ecology, architecture, geodesy, cartography and much more - everything that unites and structures spatial data. The team has been working on the most complex projects for 4 years now, studying new programs, orthophotomaps, developing hundreds of general plans and land use and building regulations, creating many types of maps for the sake of a big task - filling the Fund. We are also assisted by students who do practical work in the departments, and then remain to work in the friendly ranks of cartographers and specialists of the project preparation department.

The thirty-ninth meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan took place today, where the deputies approved an agreement on establishing the location of the border between the subjects of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Tatarstan and the Udmurt Republic. The information was presented by the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin.

Issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.

The meeting of the anti-corruption commission was held at the State Budgetary Institution "Material Support Department".

The director of the institution, Raviz Khabibullin, reported on the implementation of measures in accordance with the Plan for the Prevention and Combating Corruption.

In accordance with the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 № 237-ФЗ "On State Cadastral Valuation" (hereinafter - Law № 237-ФЗ), the order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter - the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan) dated December 2, 2022 № 3733-р approved the results of the state cadastral valuation of land plots located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Decree of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan dated December 2, 2022 № 3733-р “On approval of the results of the state cadastral survey of land plots located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan” was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on December 9, 2022 № 10165.

Today, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin opened an internship for 2nd year students of the Russian State University of Justice studying in the specialty "land and property relations".

In the welcoming part of the speech, Fanil Agliullin introduced the students to the leaders of the practice. He noted that during the period of passing this type of training, students will have the opportunity to acquire skills that will be in demand in their future work after graduating from a higher educational institution.

Today, the vehicle fleet of the State Budgetary Institution "Material Support Department", serving the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, has been replenished with 20 new official vehicles. The keys to the new cars were handed over by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the establishment of the boundaries of settlements continues by introducing changes to the schemes of territorial planning of districts.

To date, 566 boundaries of settlements have been included in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, and 2 more boundaries of settlements in the Bavlinsky and Tetyushsky municipal districts will be included in the near future. Also, another 15 borders of the settlements of the Drozhzhanovsky municipal district were sent to the branch of the Cadastral Chamber of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan.
