On February 26, 2020, the meeting in the form of video conferencing on the issue of existing debt for housing and communal services for residential premises of the specialized housing stock of the Republic of Tatarstan for orphans was held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of executive committees of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the discussion of this issue.

Based on the results of the meeting, it was decided that it is necessary, together with the managing organizations, to consider the issue of restructuring the existing debt, as well as to work out additional measures of social support in respect of employers in the form of subsidies or benefits.

On behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the State Budgetary Institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” prepared a series of educational seminars in the field of architecture and urban planning for responsible municipal officials for the preparation of master plans for municipalities of the republic. The training is carried out with the aim of accelerating the process and improving the quality of the development of master plans and rules for land use and development.

Welcoming remarks were delivered by the Assistant of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustem Merzakreev, acting Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Tagir Khusnutdinov, Deputy Director of the Higher School of State and Municipal Management of Kazan federal university Natalya Aksenova.

According to the data of local authorities on February 25, 2020, more than 55.7 thousand families in the Republic of Tatarstan were included in the lists for granting land plots, more than 35.7 thousand large families received land plots in their own ownership.

The meeting on the creation of a state information system for ensuring urban development of the Republic of Tatarstan was held.

In accordance with paragraph 2.2. of the Regulation on the disclosure of information on the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated May 16, 2008 No. 327, lists of state institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan, state unitary enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan, business companies, the shares of the authorized capital (blocks of shares) of which are owned by the Republic of Tatar camp, as well as lists of objects owned by the Republic of Tatarstan published on the official website of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan (http://mzio.tatarstan.ru/eng/ispolnenie-programmi-reformirovaniya -finansov.htm).

The State Committee for Archival Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan holds contests among the archives of organizations of the republic, which are sources of acquisition of the state archive:

 - “The best archive of a non-profit organization and public authority, the source of acquisition of the state (municipal) archive of the Republic of Tatarstan”

 - “The best archive of a commercial organization - a source of acquisition of the state (municipal) archive of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin reported on the progress of work on entering information on the boundaries of settlements into the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRRE) at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin held a video conference call with all municipal areas.

He recalled that, in accordance with the law, information on the boundaries of settlements is a mandatory annex to the master plans.

Today, the meeting of the Council of the Spassky Municipal District “On the Results of the Socio-Economic Development of the Spassky Municipal District for 2019 and Tasks for 2020” took place in the district cultural center of the city of Bolgar.

The meeting of the Council was opened and led by the head of the region, Fargat Mukhametov. As part of the agenda, the issue of the results of the socio-economic development of the Spassky municipal district for 2019 and the tasks for 2020 was considered.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on the eve of Defender of the Fatherland Day traditionally held a festive event dedicated to the holiday.

All those gathered in the assembly hall were congratulated on the occasion by Minister Fanil Agliullin. He began his congratulatory speech with the history of the holiday of February 23 and the change of its names from the time of the USSR. He also emphasized that this national holiday is important and dear not only for military personnel, but also for every person who is proud of their homeland and is ready to defend its interests. Fanil Agliullin wished everyone good health, happiness, a life filled with peace, prosperity, success and love of loved ones!

Then, for the participants of the event, the female half of the ministry was given a gala concert organized by themselves.

On February 20, 2020, free legal aid was provided to the population of the village of Vysokaya Gora and the village of Dubyazy of the Vysokogorsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The leading consultant of the department of legal support for land and property relations, Anna Khanzhina, was involved in the information and consulting group from the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
