On February 19, the meeting of the working subgroup chaired by the acting Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov on establishing the border of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

In January and February 2020, the State Budgetary Institution “Republican Property Treasury” (SBI RPT) carried out 10 visits to inspect the condition and use of state property, of which 8 were commissioned by the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. Employees of the SBI RPT inspected state property located in the city of Almetyevsk and in the Almetyevsky municipal district, the city of Bugulma, the city of Mendeleevsk, the city of Chistopol, the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, the city of Kazan.

The survey revealed:

- unsatisfactory state property;

- not use of state property.

The federal law was adopted by the State Duma on January 23, 2020 and approved by the Federation Council on January 30, 2020.

The Federal Law of December 7, 2011 N 414-ФЗ "On the Central Securities Depository" amended the procedure for the formation of a committee of users of the services of the central depository

The meeting on the issue of providing land plots to large families was held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by representatives of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technology and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Executive Committee of the city of Kazan.

Today, in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan representatives of the Almetyevsky, Mendeleevsky, Novosheshminsky, Buinsky and Spassky municipal districts took part in the meeting to streamline the accounting of hydraulic structures located in the regions of the Republic of Tatarstan .

On February 20, 2020 an event to provide free legal assistance to the population, as part of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan dated March 22, 2010 No. УП-156 “On measures to develop the system of providing legal assistance and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan” and Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ЗРТ dated November 2, 2012 “On the provision of free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan” will be held in the Vysokogorsky municipal district.

Issues of debt on the rental of municipal property and land in the municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan were considered today at the meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconferencing meeting with all municipal areas. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the meeting.

The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin reported on the reduction of debt on lease of municipal property and land plots.

So, at the beginning of the current 2020, the total amount of debt under lease agreements amounted to 393 million rubles, including 346 million (or 88%) - for land and 47 million (12%) - for property.

According to the head of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, since 2018, growth in debt on rental payments has been recorded.

In 2019 - compared to 2018 - the debt increased by 14 million rubles. More than half of all debt (52%) falls on the city of Kazan.

Despite a considerable debt, the dynamics of its consistent decline is observed in Kazan, Fanil Agliullin specified. Over the past 2019, the total debt decreased by 4.9 million rubles.

Naberezhnye Chelny accounts for 13% of the total lease debt for municipal property and land. At the same time, Fanil Agliullin noted: despite the fact that the debt on property was reduced by more than two times, on the land it increased by a third.

The Real Time Kinematic base stations and the autopilot system manufactured by the Russian Federation has been presented by Argo company in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan. Within the framework of the presentation, questions about devices operating in RTK mode based on the RTKNet service, as well as about the software necessary to maintain the high-precision positioning mode in the territories, are revealed. High-precision positioning is used in various fields of activity, such as cadastral and design and survey works, construction, agriculture and precision farming systems, and monitoring the state of road infrastructure.

02/13/2020 the meeting chaired by First Deputy Minister Artur Galiev on the issue of involving unused real estate objects identified in the inventory in 2019 in the economic turnover was held in the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
