On February 10-11, meetings under the chairmanship of First Deputy Minister Artur Galiyev to streamline the accounting of hydraulic structures located in the regions of the Republic of Tatarstan, were held in the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. Responsible representatives of the Executive Committees of the municipalities were invited to meetings from each district for reconciliation on the hydraulic structures.

During meetings with invited representatives of the districts and representatives of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Volga Department of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision and the Association “Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan”, the issues of completing the design of hydraulic structures, as well as ownerless hydraulic structures, were considered. A unified form of accounting and supervision of water bodies in the Republic of Tatarstan has been developed.

On February 11, 2020, at the site of the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadaster and cartography in the Udmurt Republic, a working meeting on the establishment and coordination of the border of the Udmurt Republic adjacent to the Republic of Tatarstan, initiated by the ministries of property relations of both entities, was held with the participation of representatives of federal, regional government bodies and local authorities.

As of January 31, 2020, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 46.71 million rubles. The budget assignment to the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of 01/31/2020 was fulfilled by 9.39%.

On February 8, 2020, mass skiing competitions “Russian Ski Track - 2020” were held. More than 21 thousand people took part in the annual Russian ski run “Ski Track of Russia” in 2020 in Kazan.

The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the progress of registration of land plots on whose territory the burial sites are located. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconferencing meeting with all municipal areas.

The meeting under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameyev to consider the proposals of BARS Center for Information Technologies LLC (Izhevsk) was held in the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. The discussion was attended by the Deputy Minister of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gismmyatov, specialist of the State Institution “Center for Digital Transformation of the Republic of Tatarstan” Elena Akhmetova and heads of departments of the Ministry. During this meeting, Director of BARS Information Technology Center LLC Alexander Korepanov demonstrated the functionality of the BARS-Property software product, received answers to many questions asked by the meeting participants, and also agreed to continue the discussion in the “question-answer” mode with using electronic means of transmitting information.

Our department can be called young - it is 29 years old today, but it dates back to the 19th century, when by decree of Emperor Nicholas 1, a Chamber for State Property Management was established at the Chancellery of the local Governor in Kazan. It lasted until the revolution.

In recent history, the topic has gained a new round of relevance already in the perestroika years with the return of private property. By decree of the Supreme Council of the Tatar SSR on February 7, 1991, the State Committee of the TSSR on the management of state property was established. Then, in the early 90s, the State Committee became the locomotive of market reforms in the Republic of Tatarstan. At the turn of the century, land reform issues were of particular importance.

On February 5, the meeting of the working subgroup on establishing the border of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the Assistant of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Merzakreev, with the participation of representatives of the State Budgetary Institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”, the Management of the Federal service of state registration, cadaster and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, the branch of Federal Cadastral Chamber of the Federal service of state registration, cadaster and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Ministry of Agriculture economy and food of the Republic of Tatarstan was held.
