The abandonment of ownership of a land plot is provided in cases when the owner does not carry out proper work within it on the basis of any reasons, and also does not want to pay tax for using the land. In such situations, it is more advisable to officially renounce the allotment than to face tax obligations and penalties associated with them.

This issue is regulated by article 56 of the Law of 13.07.2015 No. 218-ФЗ On State Registration of Real Estate. State registration of the termination of the right of ownership as a result of a waiver of the right to a land plot or land share is carried out on the basis of a statement from the owner of the land plot or land share. An application shall be accompanied by a title document to the land plot or a document establishing or certifying the applicant's right to a land share. The provision of these documents is not required if the right has previously been registered with the United state register of real estate (USSRE).

One of the most important issues is the choice of software for maintaining the state information system for providing urban planning activities (RSISEUD).

As part of the study of the experience of the regions in which the RSISEUD successfully operates, a video conference with representatives of the Moscow region State Budgetary Institution “Mosoblgeotrest” to present their developed RSISEUD software was held.

The delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan, headed by the President Rustam Minnikhanov, paid a working visit to New York (United States of America). The purpose of the trip was the development of relations with the United Nations and the replication of successful practices of Tatarstan in terms of sustainable development.

On January 16, 2020, the State Duma adopted and approved on January 22, 2020 by the Federation Council the Federal Law “On Amendments to Articles 161 and 163 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation”.

Federal law establishes that the management of an apartment building, in which all the premises are owned by the Russian Federation, a constituent entity of the Russian Federation or a municipality, is carried out on the basis of an agreement on the management of this house concluded with a management company selected by an open tender held by the local government in the manner established by the Government of the Russian Federation. This excludes the possibility of independent determination by these public entities of the management of such houses.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced an auction for the right to conclude lease agreements for property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, free from the rights of third parties and intended to be granted to small and medium-sized entities (SME’s) on the right of possession and (or) use on a long-term basis and on favorable terms entrepreneurship (hereinafter referred to as SMEs) and organizations forming the infrastructure for supporting SMEs. ”

The lease term is 6 years

The rent is:

- in the first year of rent - 0 percent;

- in the second year of rent - 0 percent;

- in the third year of rent - 25 percent;

- in the fourth year of rent - 50 percent;

- in the fifth year of rent - 75 percent;

- in the sixth and subsequent years of the lease - 100 percent of the rent established by the assessment of the market value of the rental property.

- for the production, processing or marketing of agricultural products;

- for the production of food and industrial goods, consumer goods, medicines and medical devices;

- to provide public and household services to the population;

- for the development of culture;

- for the development of folk art crafts;

- for the construction and reconstruction of social facilities;

- to carry out activities in the field of health;

- for the development of physical education and sports;

- to carry out activities in the field of education;

- for the development of domestic tourism;

- for engaging in socially significant activities, other established state programs (subprograms) of the Russian Federation, state programs (subprograms) of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, municipal programs (subprograms) of priority activities.
