01/24/2020 the meeting on the maintenance and protection of cemeteries, as well as registration of land on which burial sites are located held in the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan via videoconference under the chairmanship of the acting Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov. The meeting was attended by the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev, representatives of the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadaster and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, a branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Federal Cadastral Chamber of Federal service of state registration, cadaster and cartography " in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Association "Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan", and municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov, local authorities were instructed to register and bring into the appropriate category land under cemeteries.
There are 3,830 cemeteries in the Republic of Tatarstan, of which:

- partially executed - 117;
- not executed - 1 251.
Most cemeteries are located on agricultural land.
In order to bring the use of such lands in accordance with the legislation, it is necessary:
- carry out cadastral work on land surveying, formation and registration of cadastral land plots provided for the placement of cemeteries as industrial and other special purpose land;
- carry out the transfer of the category of land in the land of industry and other special purposes.
For the period from January 15, 2020 to January 24, 2020, 93 plots with a total area of 75 hectares were transferred from the category of agricultural land to the category of industrial land by the decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Currently, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan is considering consideration of the transfer of 116 plots, and the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tajikistan - to transfer 431 plots to the category of industrial land.
Draft decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on transferring from one category to another have been prepared for 125 sites. In connection with the identification of comments on 186 sites, finalization of the submitted documents by local authorities is required.
At the meeting, speeches were made by representatives of Aznakaevsky, Aksubaevsky, Aktanyshsky, Alkeevsky, Atninsky, Bugulminsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Mamadyshsky, Mendeleevsky, Nizhnekamsky, Tetyushsky, Chistopolsky, Vysokogorsky, Zelenodolsky municipal districts, lagging behind the pace of registration of land under cemeteries.

106 auctions were held to sell and lease property secured by the right of operational management or economic management for institutions and enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan, at which the following were sold: 6 real estate objects totaling 24.5 million rubles. and 153 vehicles worth a total of 27.3 million rubles, and 47 state property lease agreements were concluded.

When carrying out these works, a large number of discrepancies along the borders with adjacent subjects of the Russian Federation are revealed.
