The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on November 29, 2022, December 1, 2022, December 5, 2022, December 7, 2022, appointed the sale of 16 units of vehicles through a public offer with an open form for submitting purchase proposals, conducted in electronic form,  with a reduction in the initial price of up to 50%.

Today, a regular meeting on the preparation of urban planning documentation was held via video link with the participation of the executive committees of the municipal districts of the republic.

The filling of questionnaires for the development of territorial planning documents for 4 districts of the republic (Agryzsky, Aznakaevsky, Yelabuzhsky and Nurlatsky) has not been completed. At present, 15 master plans and 22 land use and building regulations of rural settlements have been approved, but have not yet been entered into the cadastral register - this prevents the timely establishment of the boundaries of settlements and territorial zones in the Unified state register of real estate. There remain municipalities, the development of master plans for which has been suspended due to the lack of justification for the transfer of land - these are the Bolshekarmalinskoye rural settlement of the Kamsko-Ustyinsky district and the Zai-Karatayskoye rural settlement of the Leninogorsk district.

NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" (Union), together with Kazan Innovative University (university - partner) organized a regular training seminar for employees of organizations of the Union and state customers of the assessment.

Deputy Minister of Land and Property Edik Diyarov addressed the participants of the seminar with a welcoming speech. He noted the significant role of valuation in transactions with state and municipal property, congratulated the participants on the upcoming Day of the Appraiser of the Russian Federation. The Deputy Minister presented departmental and municipal awards to a number of effective appraisers and university teachers, and thanked those awarded for their significant contribution to the development of the republic.

The participants were also welcomed by the President of the Union and Self-regulatory organization National College of Appraisers, member of the Council for Evaluation Activities of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia Andrey Lisichkin and Vice-Rector of the University Irina Antonova.

On November 24, the director of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" Airat Usmanov and the rector of the Kazan (Volga region) Federal University Lenar Safin signed an Agreement on mutual cooperation. The document, in addition to increasing the attractiveness of educational programs and joint research, is aimed at introducing new developments in filling spatial data.

Employees of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the VI annual meeting of the Council of Public Organizations and Associations of the Republic of Tatarstan on Combating Corruption, which was held on November 23, 2022 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, work continues on establishing the boundaries of settlements by amending the territorial planning schemes.

Today, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a training seminar on the topic: "Spatial data: technologies and application strategies", organized by the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan".

The main speaker at the event was the head of the Department of Astronomy and Space Geodesy of the Institute of Physics of the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, Associate Professor Vladimir Mikhailovich Bezmenov. He spoke about spatial data as a sphere of concentration of modern technologies. So he explained the general concepts on this topic, the origin of data and the differences between spatial data and spatial objects.

The State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" completed work on the formation of a land management file to describe the location of the border between the subjects of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ulyanovsk region.

On November 16, 2022, a field meeting with the head of the Vysokogorsky municipal district, Ravil Khisamutdinov was held. Director Airat Usmanov, head of the department for maintaining the fund of spatial data and catalog Ainur Miftakhov and head of the department for maintaining the master plan of underground utilities Petr Belov took part in the meeting from the State Budgetary Institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

The leaders discussed the preparation of master plans for settlements and the implementation of a pilot project to form a master plan for underground utilities in the district. Representatives of the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan demonstrated the digitized materials entered into the information system about engineering infrastructure facilities received from resource supply organizations.

Today, the Educational and Methodological Center of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia opened an educational seminar for specialists in the field of property and land issues on the topic "Explanation of key changes in the land and related legislation of the Russian Federation in the first half of 2022", which is attended by heads and specialists of chambers (departments, committees) property and land relations of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
