As of April 30, 2022, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 155.59 million rubles. The budget task before the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of April 30, 2022 was completed by 36.63%.

 

Today, the meeting on the issues of updating the spatial data infrastructure of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.

 

The event is expected to discuss the problems of legal regulation of valuation activities, including the independence and objectivity of the valuation, the mandatory nature of the valuation, the level of professionalism of appraisers, the quality of valuation, the responsibility of appraisers, the peculiarities of valuation for business, government agencies

authorities and local governments. On these issues, the position of the members of the Board was formulated and appropriate decisions were made.

Today, Fanil Agliullin held a meeting via videoconference on the implementation of the activities of the project of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography "Filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate with the Necessary Information" for 2022-2024 with the participation of the heads of the executive committees of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as representatives of the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service in Republic of Tatarstan and the Spatial Data Foundation of the Republic of Tatarstan.

 

The working group on establishing the border of the Republic of Tatarstan held a regular weekly meeting, which was attended by the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Maxim Rogozhkin, representatives of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan", the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, the interregional territorial administration of the Federal Property Management Agency in Tatarstan and Ulyanovsk region.

 As of April 26, 2022, based on the accepted applications from citizens with many children for obtaining land plots, decisions to include 67,832 applicants in the lists were made, including 17,099 applicants in Kazan, and 8,744 applicants in the city of Naberezhniye Chelny.

The meeting to establish the boundaries of settlements by amending the territorial planning scheme was held today. At the meeting, a joint group was formed with the participation of specialists from the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Construction to establish the boundaries of the settlements of the republic through the Territorial planning system. As soon as possible, this group should develop an agreed draft and format of documents for further work.
