Today, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin held a working meeting with the participation of the director of the State Budgetary Institution "Republican Center for Student Labor Squads" Vasily Islayev and the leadership of the Ministry on the issue of attracting students to practical work. Aide to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev, representatives of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and Bureau of Technical Inventory of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC also took part in the discussion of the issue via videoconferencing.

Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated March 11, 2022 No. 222 “On amendments to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated December 14, 2018 No. 1133 “About the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” approved the Regulations on the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Regulation on the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan defines the powers and functions of the fund holder - the state budgetary institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan".

The composition of the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan data, defined by the Regulations, is a set of geodetic, cartographic materials and spatial data obtained as a result of geodetic and cartographic work organized by executive authorities, local governments of the Republic of Tatarstan and their subordinate state and municipal institutions.

The maintenance of the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan involves the provision of the information contained in it to individuals and legal entities for a fee and is regulated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 15, 2017 No. 299 “On Approval of the Rules for Determining the Fee for the Provision of Spatial Data and Materials Contained in State Spatial Data Funds, and recognizing as invalid some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation”.

Every year on the second Sunday of March, surveyors and cartographers of Russia celebrate their professional holiday - the Day of Geodesy and Cartography Workers.

Today, in modern society, surveyors and cartographers are simply indispensable. Geodesy and cartography provide a solution to the problems of territorial planning, architectural and construction design, cadastral registration of real estate for the purpose of its civil circulation, and a number of others.

The issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.

At the meeting of the Board of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, held via videoconference, the draft annual financial statements for 2021 and estimates (financial plan) for 2022 were approved for the meeting on March 17, 2022. The President of the Union, Andrey Lisichkin, explained the structure of the financial plan, dwelled on the articles that provide for savings, and determined the prospects for resource support for expert and consulting work.

Topical issues of establishing cadastral boundaries between Tatarstan and neighboring subjects of the Russian Federation were discussed at the meeting of the Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government in Parliament. The meeting also considered changes to a number of republican bills.

Maxim Rogozhkin, Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic, spoke about the progress of work on cadastral registration of the border of the Republic of Tatarstan. To date, Tatarstan borders on the republics of Bashkortostan, Mari El, Udmurtia, Chuvashia, Orenburg, Kirov, Samara, Ulyanovsk regions. The total length of the border of the Republic of Tatarstan is about 3,400 km.

On March 10, 2022, the meeting of the anti-corruption commission was held at the State Budgetary Institution "Material Support Department".

Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 31, 2021 No. 2608 approved the technical requirements and conditions that are subject to mandatory execution in architectural and construction design during the reconstruction and overhaul of existing linear facilities.

The Decree also contains the rules for issuing technical requirements and conditions subject to mandatory execution and the rules for determining the amount of costs for their preparation, subject to reimbursement to the owner of the existing linear facility.

Today, the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" held an online meeting with the Agryzsky municipal district on the issue of establishing the boundaries of settlements by amending the territorial planning scheme (hereinafter - TPS). Earlier, the Fund analyzed and prepared settlements for which it is possible to make a decision that there is no need for master plans and establish boundaries through amendments to the TPS.

Today, under the chairmanship of the head of the Department of Cadastral Works and Land Management of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography M.D. Kharitov, the meeting on the issue of entering information on the borders between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation into the Unified State Register of Real Estate was held.
