Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated March 11, 2022 No. 222 “On amendments to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated December 14, 2018 No. 1133 “About the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” approved the Regulations on the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Regulation on the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan defines the powers and functions of the fund holder - the state budgetary institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan".
The composition of the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan data, defined by the Regulations, is a set of geodetic, cartographic materials and spatial data obtained as a result of geodetic and cartographic work organized by executive authorities, local governments of the Republic of Tatarstan and their subordinate state and municipal institutions.
The maintenance of the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan involves the provision of the information contained in it to individuals and legal entities for a fee and is regulated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 15, 2017 No. 299 “On Approval of the Rules for Determining the Fee for the Provision of Spatial Data and Materials Contained in State Spatial Data Funds, and recognizing as invalid some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation”.
