Today sports competitions in cross-country skiing as part of the Spartakiad of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan. Competitions were held in Zelenodolsk on the basis of the sports complex "MAYAK". For men, the distance was set - 3 kilometers, for women - 1 kilometer.

On March 4, under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Maxim Rogozhkin, the meeting of the working subgroup on establishing the border between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Tatarstan and the Samara Region was held.

Today, during a meeting of the working subgroup on establishing the border between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Chuvash Republic, the parties agreed to move to the stage of signing an agreement between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

The issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.

Deputy Minister Maxim Rogozhkin held a regular weekly meeting of the working group on establishing the border of the Republic of Tatarstan, which was attended by Airat Usmanov, director of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan". Representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, , the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Cadastral Chamber and the Federal Registration Service for the Republic also joined the meeting via video link.

The Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, in cooperation with expert organizations, conducted studies of transactions with commercial and residential real estate to include analytical data in the form of price ranges and average median values in the annual Collection of Monitoring Prices for Real Estate, Land Plots and Rental Rates.

As of February 28, 2022, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 75.65 million rubles. The budget task before the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of February 28, 2022 was fulfilled by 17.81%.

Today, First Deputy Minister Artur Galiev held a meeting via videoconference on the inclusion of land plots (Krasnoselskoye and Dachnoye rural settlements of the Vysokogorsky municipal district) within the boundaries of settlements for further provision of land plots to large families in Kazan.

On February 25, 2022, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan signed the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 6-ЗРТ “On Amendments to Article 9 of the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan and Articles 1 and 2 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Amendments to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

From March 1, 2022, amendments to the Federal Law of June 11, 2003 No. 74-ФЗ “On Peasant (Farm) Economy” come into force, according to which, on a land plot from the composition of agricultural land, including occupied by agricultural land used by a peasant (farming) enterprise to carry out its activities, it is allowed to build, reconstruct and operate one residential building with the number of floors not more than three, the total area of which is not more than five hundred square meters and the building area under which is not more than 0.25 percent of the land area .
