The next meeting of the Board of Directors of TATNEFT PJSC was held today under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was held at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan (Kazan).

The Board of Directors reviewed the results of TATNEFT's budget execution for January 2022 and approved the budget for March 2022.

The meeting participants got acquainted with the implementation of the Company's investment program for 2021 and plans for 2022. The results of the implementation of the investment program for 2021 will be announced by the Company when publishing the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS for the corresponding period, which is scheduled for mid-March 2022. Plans for investments for 2022 are formed taking into account the growth of oil production, the continuation of the implementation of large projects in oil refining, the tire business, petrochemicals and other areas of the Company's activities. Details of the planned investments in 2022 will be disclosed separately.

Today, Deputy Minister Maxim Rogozhkin took part in a videoconference meeting on the preparation of documents necessary for entering information on the boundaries of settlements into the Unified State Register of Real Estate.

Today, meetings with the Arsky and Kaybitsky municipal districts were held at the State Budgetary Institution "Space Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" through the videoconferencing to discuss issues on the development of master plans and rules for land use and development.

The parties also raised the issue of the possibility of establishing the boundaries of settlements by amending the territorial planning scheme, in accordance with Article 19 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan announced auctions for the right to conclude lease agreements for property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, free from the rights of third parties, with the exception of the right of economic management, the right of operational management, as well as the property rights of small and medium-sized businesses intended to be provided on the right of ownership and (or) use on a long-term basis and on preferential terms to small and medium-sized businesses and organizations that form the infrastructure for supporting small and medium-sized businesses, as well as during the period of the experiment established by Federal Law No. 422 of November 27, 2018-ФЗ “On conducting an experiment to establish a special tax regime “Tax on professional income”, for individuals who are not individual entrepreneurs and apply a special tax regime “Tax on professional income”

Today, the 22nd meeting of the Council of the Kaybitsky Municipal District, dedicated to the results of the socio-economic development of the district in 2021 and the tasks for 2022, was held in the district house of culture in the village of Bolshiye Kaybitsy.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council "Milli Shura" of the World Congress of Tatars Vasil Shaikhraziev, Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin, Head of the Kaibitsky Municipal District Albert Rakhmatullin, Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, General Director of Volga Region Zeolites Trading House LLC Fanil Bagautdinov, First Vice-Rector of Kazan Federal University Riyaz Minzaripov, Chief Adviser of the Office for Work with the Territories of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Abramov and guests.

The administration of the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan held a working meeting with the head of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the City of Zelenodolsk" Pavel Sergeev.

Today, the Ministry of Land and Property was visited by colleagues from the Center Of Cadastral Appraisal and Technical Inventory of Real Estate of Udmurtia, on the basis of which it is planned to create a regional fund of spatial data.

On February 16, 2022, the President of the Russian Federation signed the Federal Law “On Amendments to Article 27 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation”.

The legislator decided to limit the circulation of state or municipally owned land plots located only in the first belt of sanitary protection zones of drinking and domestic water supply sources. At the same time, land plots located in the second belt of these zones are excluded from the number of land plots that are limited in circulation.

The issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.
