Yesterday, under the chairmanship of First Deputy Minister Artur Galiyev, the meeting on the implementation of measures for the registration of ownerless gas supply facilities by municipalities located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan was held. In the video conferencing mode, together with the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, problematic issues that hinder the registration of ownerless gas supply facilities were discussed.

In order to organize property support for small and medium-sized businesses, as part of the implementation of the provisions of Article 18 of the Federal Law "On the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in the Russian Federation", the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan approved the List of State Property (hereinafter referred to as the List) for granting on the right of ownership and ( or) use on a long-term basis by Small and Medium-Sized Businesses and posted on the official website. Annually, before November 01, the list is replenished with objects by at least 10%.

In the videoconference mode, Fanil Agliullin held a meeting at which problematic issues were considered that impede the completion of work on entering information about the boundaries of settlements and territorial zones in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. Representatives of the Alkeevsky, Aktanyshsky and Bavlinsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan presented information on the development of urban planning documentation.

As of September 30, 2021, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 466.45 million rubles. The budget target for the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of September 30, 2021 was fulfilled by 118.48%.

The Commission considered issues on the implementation of anti-corruption measures to comply with the requirements for the procurement of goods, works, services for the conclusion of contracts in accordance with the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-ФЗ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs ", namely the procedure for receiving goods, works, services.

The issues of reducing arrears and tax arrears were considered in the next meeting via videoconference, which was organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Land Property, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Service of Bailiffs for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held a regular meeting of the working subgroup on establishing the borders of the Republic of Tatarstan with neighboring regions - the Ulyanovsk region, the Republics of Bashkortostan and Udmurtia.
