On April 21, 2021, Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin and Acting Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov visited Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. The guests were met by the rector of Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering R.K. Nizamov and Vice-Rector for Research E.A. Vdovin.

As of April 1, 2021, 12 state and 136 municipal unitary enterprises were registered in the republic. The cost of fixed assets of state and municipal unitary enterprises at the end of 2020 is 2.9 billion rubles and 57.8 billion rubles, respectively.

As Artur Galiyev noted, 98 out of 136 municipal unitary enterprises are operating, 10 out of 12 state unitary enterprises operate. Over the past 5 years, all operating state unitary enterprises are profitable.

44 out of 98 municipal unitary enterprises, are unprofitable, 25 are credited. The most unprofitable are municipal unitary enterprises in the cities of Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, in Almetyevsky, Bavlinsky and Verkhneuslonsky municipal districts. Municipalities with the largest number of credited municipal unitary enterprises are in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, in Mendeleevsky and Kamsko-Ustinsky municipal districts.

Today, all divisions of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan unanimously went to the clean-up work on the assigned territory of the Ministry. They tidied up the territory of the building, washed windows, tidied up their workplaces.
