In order to organize property support for small and medium-sized businesses, within the framework of the implementation of the provisions of Article 18 of the Federal Law "On the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in the Russian Federation", the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan approved a list of state property (hereinafter referred to as the List) for provision on the right of ownership and ( or) use on a long-term basis by small and medium-sized businesses and posted on the official website. Annually, before November 01, the list is replenished with objects by at least 10%.

To date, small and medium-sized businesses use 12 facilities and premises located in Kazan on lease terms for the provision of communal and household services to the population, the construction and reconstruction of social facilities, the production of food and industrial goods, consumer goods, medicines and medical products. , Aznakaevo, Bugulma, Almetyevsk.

On April 15, 2021 the state budgetary institution Republican Property Treasury held an open auction for the right to conclude a lease agreement for a state-owned land plot. A land plot located in Novosheshminsky municipal district, permitted use: for agricultural production, with a total area of ​​859,077.68 sq.m. was put up for auction.

A two-day internship of municipal employees at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan has ended today. The objects are divided into 4 groups. The first group - "Objects of construction in progress". Decision-making on the involvement of such objects in the economic turnover depends on the stage of development of design and estimate documentation, determination of the source of funding and receipt of the corresponding conclusion of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In this group, 26 objects with a building area of 62 thousand square meters were identified, of which 24 objects are in municipal ownership, 2 are in state ownership.

The meeting addressed the following issues: on the reduction of tax arrears and arrears within the framework of the work carried out in accordance with the protocol of the joint board of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Treasury for the Republic of Tatarstan dated Jaruary 4, 2021 PR-3 , on the implementation of measures to reduce arrears on rent for property and land plots, on the consideration of certain regions in which a decrease in receipts from special tax regimes for the 1st quarter of 2021 relative to the same period of 2019, 2020 can be compensated for by the existing arrears (excluding bankrupts) as of January 3, 2021.
