The Commission considered the reasons for the loss-making activities of these enterprises and joint stock companies and made recommendations for improving the indicators of financial and economic activity.

Following the meeting, a decision was made to continue to monitor financial and economic activities of these enterprises and joint stock companies. If the situation worsens, the financial and economic activities of these organizations will be considered additionally.

In accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated November 21, 2018 No. 88-ЗРТ “On the Budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2019 and for the Planning Period 2020 and 2021”, dividends on shares owned by the Republic of Tatarstan shall be paid until September 1, 2019 of the year.
