Since January 1, 2019, the Center of state cadastral appraisal has begun to perform the functions of determining the cadastral value of newly registered land plots with the category of “agricultural land”, as well as previously registered land plots in the event that they are entered into the Unified state register of real estate and real estate objects in respect of which there was a change in their quantitative and (or) qualitative characteristics, in the period between the date of the last state cadastral appraisal and the date of the next state cadastral valuation.

As of March 11, 2019, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan announced 2 open value-raising auctions with an open form for submitting proposals on the price for the sale of state property, conducted in electronic form.

At the first auction non-residential premises for sale, with a total area of 248.0 sq. m, floor 2, cadastral number 16: 50: 090107: 207, located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Klary Tsetkin St., 8/27 .

The initial price is 6,841,386.00 (six million eight hundred forty one thousand three hundred and eighty-six) rubles 00 kopecks, including VAT.

The auction increment is 102,600.00 (one hundred and two thousand six hundred) rubles 00 kopecks.

For sale in the next auction, which will be held on the same day exhibited:

- non-residential building, name: garages, number of floors - 1, total area of ​​64.9 sq. m, cadastral number 16: 14: 990138: 249, located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Buinsky Municipal District, Buinsk, Kosmovsky Street , d.31v;

In accordance with the Federal Law No. 208-ФЗ “On Joint-Stock Companies” dated December 26, 1995, active work began on preparing for the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2019. Notifications with proposals on the agenda of the annual general meeting of shareholders and nomination of state representatives were sent to joint stock companies whose shares are in state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan and (or) in respect of which a decision was made to use a special right (“golden share”). management and control of joint stock companies for the 2019-2020 corporate year. A total of 141 state representatives and 17 independent directors to 82 joint stock companies were nominated.

Annual general meetings of shareholders are held no earlier than two months and no later than six months after the end of the reporting year.

The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan assists in registration of land plots for the needs of oil producing companies, including the transfer of land from one category to another, suitable for the construction of relevant facilities.

As of today, in 2019, on the basis of the projects prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, 25 agricultural land plots with a total area of about 19 hectares have been transferred to the category of industrial and other special purpose land for the purpose of subsoil use, including:

- for PJSC "Tatneft" of V.D. Shashin - 2 plots with a total area of 1 ha;

- for small oil companies - 23 plots with a total area of 18 hectares.

Azat Khamaev, Minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in meetings with the population of the Yushadinskoye and Kadryakovskoye rural settlements of the Menzelinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan and the labor collective of the Menzelinsky Central District Hospital on January 29-30.

In 2018, the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the sectoral ministries, carried out measures to inventory unused real estate objects located in the Republic of Tatarstan. According to the results of this work, 123 unused real estate objects were identified. This list is presented on the website of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the aim of engaging in economic circulation.

In accordance with the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-FZ “On the State Cadastral Valuation”, pursuant to the order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan of September 26, 2018 No. 3137-p, the state cadastral appraisal of lands of the water fund, forest fund, lands of specially protected territories and objects of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In 2018, the state budgetary institution “Center of state cadastral appraisal” (SBI CSCA) carried out preparations for the state cadastral appraisal. As part of the preparatory stage, no declarations on the characteristics of real estate properties were received from the right holders of the corresponding real estate objects.

On January 28, 2019, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting, chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Artur Galiev, to discuss the allocation of land for the implementation of large-scale investment projects in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the meeting, issues about the risks of not implementing investment projects on leased land plots, about the mechanism of termination of a land lease agreement with an unscrupulous investor and return of a land plot, about a mechanism to prevent claims related to the construction of the object on the land plot and the bankruptcy of the investor, on the procedure for monitoring the implementation of the project and regulatory authorities were discussed.

According to Articles 39.11 and 39.12 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan has adopted open auctions for the right to conclude lease agreements for land plots owned by the Republic of Tatarstan located in the territories of Mendeleevsky, Almetyevsky and Yutazinsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC «TATNEFT» was held today under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.

The meeting was held at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan (Kazan).

The Board of Directors discussed the information on the development strategy of TATNEFT in the area of energy. The Company's power system would be centralized during the next decade, and wiould predominantly use traditional sources. At the same time, a number of alternative solutions would be implemented, such as associated petroleum gas driven power generating plants, hydroelectric mini power station, and pellet boilers at filling stations. The Company launched promising projects aimed at the rational use of energy resources and environmental protection: the heat and electric power generation from wood chips and the electricity generation of from landfill gas. The priority areas also include biofuels production with the effect of the project implementftion expected to manifest itself through increasing the profitability of the “Oil Refining” business area and ensuring the competitiveness of the Company's motor fuels in the European and world markets

The information on the results of the work of the Internal Audit Department for 2018 was presented to the Board of Directors. Based on the audits results’ the Board of Directors mentioned the need to reduce the share of monopoly purchases for the needs of tyre manufacturing factories and transition to the conclusion of direct contracts with manufacturers. A project was implemented to centralize the procurement of works and services of JSC TANECO, OOO TATNEFT-AZS Center and OOO TATNEFT-AZS Zapad. The Department coordinated the operation of the Hotline. More than 700 messages were received through the hotline during the reporting period with 27% of the mentioned number accounting for the reports regarding deficiencies and violations, which remedy caused taking relevant measures.
