The President of the Russian Federation has signed the Federal law of June. 29, 2018 No. 173-FZ "About introduction of amendments to separate acts of the Russian Federation" which is accepted by the State Duma on June 21, 2018 and is approved by the Federation Council on June 27, 2018.

The federal law extends the list of subjects of agreements on public-private partnership and concession agreements. In particular, is established that can be subjects of the specified agreements:

The President of the Russian Federation has signed the Federal law "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" and the Federal law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs".

The federal law is adopted by the State Duma on June 21, 2018 and approved by the Federation Council on June 27, 2018.

The federal law the procedure of purchases state and municipal unitary enterprises becomes simpler. In particular, they are granted the right to conduct procurement without attraction of financial resources of budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation according to the Federal law "About Purchases of Goods, Works, Services as Separate Types of Legal Entities".

According to specialists of department of economy of the ministry as of 6/30/2018 the non-tax income from use and realization of the state property and the land plots which have come to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan have made 236,15 million rubles. The budgetary task before the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan on 6/30/2018 is performed for 63,7%.

In pursuance of the order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan State Budgetary Institution «Management of material support» is accepted two KAMAZ trucks in responsible storage.

    These cars are on the specialized platform of institution, and are ready to the further procedure of realization by means of electronic auctions.

The letter of thanks of the Head of the Chistopolsky municipal district and Chistopol Dmitry Ivanov has arrived to the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan - the cochairman of the Supervisory board of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev. In the letter, in particular, gratitude is expressed to Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan for implementation of the socially oriented project "From territories of health — to territories of good".

July, 24, 2018 the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan has appointed an electronic auction on realization of the building of policlinic (which isn't used for designated purpose), 5-storey (underground floors – 1), with a total area of 4 407,7 sq.m, located at the address: the Republic of Tatarstan, Nizhnekamsky municipal district, the city of Nizhnekamsk, Stroiteley Avenue, 10B, with the land plot of 7 404 sq.m, category of lands: earth of settlements.

June 30 in Zavolzhsky district of the city of Ulyanovsk in the park "Pribrezhnyi" was held the 30th anniversary Tatar national holiday "Sabantuy", which gathered a huge number of guests. The total number of participants of the Sabantui reached more than 5000 people

The Head of the Zavolzhsky District Administration Nail Yumakulov, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Khamaev and the Chairman of the Council of the Zavolzhsky District Public Organization "Ulyanovsk Regional Tatar National Cultural Autonomy" Rafael Nazmutdinov made a welcoming speech and congratulated the holiday.

Based on the results of the work of the experts of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, professional opinions were confirmed about the inconsistency of the quality of the reports on the evaluation of land plots in Chistopolsky and Mamadyshsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan with the requirements of legislation, federal standards and appraisal practice (reviewers - Tanzilya Udod and Irina Ignashina). Invited appraisers and managers of appraisal organizations that carried out the reports agreed with the conclusions of the specialists and stated their intention to eliminate violations without applying to SROs with the expert support of the Union. The position of the experts was also supported by the heads of the Chambers of land and property of these municipal districts Marina Iskhakova and Lenar Hadiullin, present at the meeting.

On June 29, 2018 the meeting of the Commission on anti-corruption at the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev has taken place.

The regular meeting of Public council of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan was opened by the chairman of advisory body Rashid Abashev. In brief he has informed participants of the event about the agenda, has pointed an execution of earlier these instructions.

The member of council, the member of Public chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Artur Mustayev has told about realization of functions of public control, in particular, in the sphere of state services. The speaker has presented the main directions of public control, including on state procurements, food and ecological security, housing and public utilities, independent appraisal of quality. The developed detailed Regulations of public control published by the separate brochure have been submitted to them, the program of training of members of Public councils in this direction is presented. The member of council, the executive director of the «NP Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» Oleg Bulgakov has said that the non-commercial organizations of appraisers conducts methodical and practical work in the sphere of improvement of quality of state procurements in the field of the real estate and appraisal and is ready to render necessary assistance in the matter. Rashid Abashev has noted need to undergo the offered training in all interested members of council.

Further Guzel Nasibullina, the chief of summary and analytical department of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan has told about results of departures of employees of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan as a part of Republican expert group on questions of anti-corruption to the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. She has pointed the typical violations: rent of property without contract, granting the land plots without tendering, tightening of terms of their repayment, weak claim and legal work, inefficient use of municipal property, has lit the directions of support of colleagues by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan in the solution of these problems.
