The meeting of the Contest committee on holding a competition on replacement of a vacant post of the public civil service of the 1 category senior expert of department of effective use of government-controlled lands of Management of land resources has taken place under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of the land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Musin.
4 applicants participated in a competition. Following the results of performance of practical tasks and an interview with members of the Contest committee Borisova Olga Nikolaevna is recognized by the winner of a competition.

On March 22, 2018 the meeting of Certifying commission on holding a qualification examination for the public civil servants according to Art. 11 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 1/16/2003 No. 3-ZRT "About the public civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan" has taken place under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of the land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Musin.
On March 22. 2018 the action for rendering free legal aid to citizens of the Alkeevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan has taken place.

On March 22, 2018 the meeting of the Commission at the minister of anti-corruption has taken place under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev. At the meeting of the Commission the following questions are considered:
activity in the sphere of purchase orders of goods, performance of work (rendering services) for needs of the Ministry and about control in the sphere of observance of the budgetary legislation;
development and implementation of a complex of organizational, explanatory and other measures for prevention by civil servants of behavior which can be perceived surrounding as a promise or the offer of bribery or as consent to accept a bribe or as a request for bribery;
the review of violations of the law about anti-corruption in the public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and local governments in the Republic of Tatarstan revealed in 2017 by bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan;
the methodical explanations prepared by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation concerning signing of the contracts of investment life insurance by separate categories of persons to whom the ban provided by the Federal law dated 5/7/2013 No. 79-FZ "About the ban to separate categories of persons to open and have accounts (deposits), to store cash and values in the foreign banks located outside the territory of the Russian Federation, to own and use foreign financial instruments extends";
results of monitoring of observance of Uniform requirements to placement and filling of the sections of the official site of the Ministry on the Internet concerning anti-corruption approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 4/4/2013 No. 225 and on consideration of the review prepared by Management of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning anti-corruption policy following the results of the analysis of the data on realization of actions for anti-corruption submitted by public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and local governments in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2017.
The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced biddings on the right of signing of the contracts of rent of the property which is owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, free from the rights of the third parties and which possession intended for granting them on the right and (or) use on a long-term basis and preferential terms to subjects of small and average business (further – SSAB) and to the organizations forming infrastructure of support of subjects of SSAB.
Period of validity of the contract of rent – 6 years
The rent makes:
– in the first year of rent – 0 percent;
– in the second year of rent – 0 percent;
– in the third year of rent – 25 percent;
– in the fourth year of rent – 50 percent;
– in the fifth year of rent – 75 percent;
– in the sixth and the next years of rent – 100 percent from the amount of the rent established by results of appraisal of market value of rent of property.
Purpose:
– for production, processing or sale of agricultural production;
– for occupation socially important kinds of activity, other state programs (subprogrammes) of the Russian Federation, state programs (subprogrammes) of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation, municipal programs (subprogrammes) priority kinds of activity;
– for production of food and industrial products, consumer goods, medicines and products of medical appointment;
– for rendering municipal and household services to the population;
– for development of national art crafts;
– for construction and reconstruction of social facilities.

On March 17 and 18, 2018 the Minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev was in the Menzelinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan. Together with the Head of the municipal District of Aydar Salakhov he has got acquainted with the organization of elections of the president of the Russian Federation on polling precincts, has met an asset of the city and area.
In general Russian presidential elections have taken place in a quiet situation at high activity of voters. And as result, a voter turnout on the Menzelinsky municipal district I have made 96,68 percent.
The high activity on polling precincts of the city of Kazan was shown also by the staff of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan. The absolute appearance at elections was provided by the staff of central office of the ministry, all subordinated institutions and branch enterprises.
The minister Azat Hamayev has thanked employees of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan and the subordinated organizations for active participation in an elections of the president of the Russian Federation.
3/16/2018 in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan representative of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan has taken part in the meeting on registration of the land plots located in Aksubayevsky and Tukayevsky municipal districts by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry «Tatritekneft». The decision on specification of borders of the land plots in the territory of the Aksubayevsky municipal district provided for rent to Executive committee of the Aksubayevsky municipal district has been made at the meeting.As for the land plots located in the Tukayevsky municipal district the question of carrying out Public hearings for the conclusion of state examination for start of the 2nd string of the pipeline has been considered. After conducting state examination dismantling of the 1st string of the specified pipeline will be carried out.
At another general annual meeting of members of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan reports on activity of Partnership for 2017 are heard, the organizational and financial documents defining the directions of development for 2018 and further prospect are approved, the structure of governing bodies is elected.
The union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan unites 40 organizations and individual entrepreneurs defining nearly 90% of the republican market of appraisal and profile consulting services today. More than 20 representatives of the Union are marked out by awards of the Cabinet and State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal Registration Service, the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, Partnership and SRO of appraisers. In 2017 Partnership has organized gratuitous professional development of staff of the organizations and the federal platform of passing a qualification examination in Kazan. Thanks to actions of Partnership, more than 60 appraisers have successfully confirmed qualification and have continued professional activity. The number of partnership has increased by a quarter that shows its high efficiency. In 2018 gratuitous training of 76 experts in appraisal of resources and programs of increase in labor productivity is also planned. Independent examination of disputable situations, appraisal reports and market monitoring (and the edition of collections) remain the main directions of the Union. The new collection of monitoring of the real estate market on 3/1/2018 which has become in one and a half years demanded both at appraisers, and at customers, is transferred to participants of the meeting.
At the meeting measures of support of appraisers in the sphere of the Union and the direction of fight against unfair competition in the market of appraisal after 4/1/2018 are also sounded.
