On March 17, 2017 the open auction on increase in cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price on realization of the state property, took place at the address: Kazan, Vishnevsky St., 26, salesroom. Two units of vehicles were put up for sale. By results of an auction the vehicle GAZ 273402 2006 p.e. is realized for 54 166 rubles

Now the transport department of State budgetary institution "Management of Material Support" conducts work on drive of the realized vehicle to the winner.

On March 20, 2017 the board of non-profit partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" has considered the arrived documents and has accepted

the decision on inclusion in ranks of Partnership of individual businessmen-appraisers - Abulkhanova F. F. (Buinsk) and Korchagina L. A. (Verkhniy Uslon). 07.03.2017 departure of staff of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan  together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan to the Alkeevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan for the purpose of inspection of use and safety of premises for orphan children and children without parental support has been carried out.

From 6 premises located in Alkeevsky district employees of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan have got access to 3 premises, in this connection, 3 inspection statements on use and safety of the premises located at the addresses are drawn up:

1) Republic of Tatarstan, Alkeevsky municipal district, village Bazarniye Mataki, Filippov St., 5A.

2) Republic of Tatarstan, Alkeevsky municipal district, village Bazarniye Mataki, Filippov St., 7A.

3) Republic of Tatarstan, Alkeevsky municipal district, village Bazarniye Mataki, Stroiteley St., 17.

Yesterday, on March 17, 2017 the meeting of certifying commission of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on certification of 18 public civil servants on compliance to posts of the public civil service on the basis of an assessment of their professional office activity has taken place. Besides, some government employees took a qualification examination for the purpose of assignment of a cool rank. 

       In the general opinion of members of certifying commission all public civil servants well know normative documents and official regulations, answered questions professionally and convincingly.

       By results of unanimous vote of certifying commission, all certified employees correspond to posts, and the corresponding cool ranks will be appropriated to 3 government employees.

On March 16, 2017 the general annual meeting of members of NP «Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» has taken place. Heads and representatives of the member organizations of Partnership, representatives of profile authorities, including, the board member, the deputy minister of the land and property Farit Musin, the staff of department of appraisal of the ministry have participated in a meeting. Reports on work of Board and executive directorate have been heard, accounting reports for 2016 and the financial plan for 2017 are approved, ways of development are planned.

On March 15, 2017 the deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Musin has held a meeting in the videoconference mode with deputy heads of Executive committees of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for economy, heads of Chambers (Managements, Committee) for the land and property relations and responsible experts for work with reports on appraisal of municipal property.

At a meeting performance of Agreements on interaction of municipalities and the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also performance of recommendations the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan on verification of reports on appraisal of municipal property by responsibles of Chambers of Vysokogorsky, Laishevsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky and Verkhneuslonsky municipal districts has been analysed.

Staff of department of appraisal of the Ministry has in detail considered often found mistakes on the examples of reports on appraisal of the land plots of the above-stated areas having the greatest number of returns of documents for completion.

The deputy minister Farit Musin personal was once again emphasized the responsibility of heads of Chambers (Managements, Committee) of the land and property relations for quality of the provided documents on transactions with municipal property including reports on appraisal, and also its profitability.

The state budgetary institution "Management of Material Security" made the decision on application and participation in the competition founded by the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on a competition for the award for quality in the nomination "Business Perfection". The competition provided 8 awards for quality: 4 in the spheres of production and the sphere of rendering services, and on two in each field of activity is intended for the organizations with total number up to 250 staff and the organizations more than 250 employees.

State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» is carried out three inspections on effective use and safety of the state property assigned on the right of operational management to the public institutions located in the Apastovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan subordinated to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, to Head department of veterinary science of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During inspections the following violations are revealed:

    Existence of not used real estate objects and the land plot:

- buildings of veterinary clinic of 62,5 sq.m. in the village of Kzyl Tau in Apastovskiy municipal district;

- boiler buildings with total area of 156,7 sq.m on Polevaya St. 3a, urban settlement Apastovo;

- land plot of 627 sq.m.

Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan has been carried out the departure to Alexeyevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan for the purpose of inspection of use and safety of premises provided to orphan children and children without parental support.

From 2 premises located in Alexeyevsky municipal district employee of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan access to no one room has been provided. The board meeting of Non-profit partnership (Partnership) "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" has opened on March 9 with the solemn moment of signing of the Cooperation agreement and interaction of Partnership and the self-regulatory organization "Association of Cadastral Engineers of the Volga Region" presented by the executive director Vadim Savelyev. The director of SRO has answered questions of board members of Partnership, has told about the work preceding conclusion of agreement and the directions of further joint activity. By him it has been emphasized that the Association had already included 1360 members representing nearly ten regions of the Volga region federal district, but the Republic of Tatarstan remains the center of professional activity that assumes development of interaction with the profile republican organizations. Signing the Agreement, the partnership President Andrey Lisichkin has expressed confidence that the accepted document will serve ensuring transparency, publicity, fairness and increase in an anti-corruption component during the forming, placement and execution of the state order and providing the state services. The board member of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the deputy minister, Farit Musin has noted that within public-private partnership both non-profit organizations actively cooperate both with professional community, and with authorities for consolidation of efforts on improvement of quality of work in the real estate market, ensuring the rights and interests of citizens and businessmen, development of social business. Partnership board members have earlier also unanimously approved the signed document.

    The board has approved the list of documents to the general annual meeting on 16.03.2017, including the draft of the estimate (the financial plan) of partnership for 2017, has made the decision on admission of individual entrepreneur Galiyev I.R. (urban settlement Kukmor)to membership of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Considering a grace period in the run-up to the anniversary, again accepted member of partnership is exempted from an entrance fee and uses a number of preferences in the professional sphere.
