As of 27.03.2017 it was decided to include in the list of 40 020 citizens having many children who apply for the land plot (in Kazan – 9 315, in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny – 5 263 applicants).

According to report of specialists of ministry’s management of land resources 30 908 land plots in the Republic of Tatarstan (including Kazan and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny) is registered in the Real Estate Cadastre. In Kazan there is 3 018 land plots is registered in the Real Estate Cadastre, in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny there is 2 622 land plots.

Total there is provided 27 255 plots of land to large families in common ownership.

30.03.2017 the sports contest of the public and municipal servants of the Republic of Tatarstan on chess started in the state autonomic institution of extra education « Central special chess olympic reserve school for children and young people» of R.G.Nezhmetdinov.

       Among teams of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan the team of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan consisting of of Ravil Hasanshin (department of legal support of the cadastral relations), Ilya Pakhmutov (department of informatization) and Yulia Denisova (department of rent, realization of the state property and investment projects) also participates in competitions in chess.

       Participants of a competition play on the Swiss system in 9 rounds (3 rounds a day) with control time of 15 minutes to each participant.

       Competitions will last till April 1.

On March 17, 2017 subordinated institution of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» held an open auction on increase in cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price on realization of 7 vehicles of institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan. 5 cars for the total amount of 463 796 rubles were realized.

On all lots the price rose more than twice.

According to the Schedule of quarterly occurrings with public organizations concerning anti-corruption for exercise of explanatory and educational work 27.03.2017 the member of Public council at the Ministry, the executive director of «NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» Oleg Bulgakov is invited to the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the regular meeting of Public council under the Ministry of Land and Property results of work of the ministry in 2016 and activities for 2017 have been heard. The head of department of the account, monitoring and information exchange of the ministry Ildar Rakhmatullin has acted on the matter. Also heads of structural divisions of the ministry have answered on questions of members of council, generally concerning granting the land plots, other real estate, and also a preferential order of rent, restrictions when building.

      Members of Public council have approved the Plan of work for 2017 finished taking into account offers and remarks. In the accepted document consideration within a year of such questions as is supposed:

- directions of interaction of Public council and the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan,

- activities of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan for realization of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030;

- reforming of state ownership in the Republic of Tatarstan;

- execution of functions of rendering the state services of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan,

and some other, urgent for civil society, questions.

The collaboration of Chamber of the property and land relations of Arsky municipal district and NP «Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan» begun in December, 2015 has come to the end with signing of the Cooperation and interaction agreement. The agreement became result of development and formalization of algorithms of interaction in the questions connected with appraisal activity. The area is defined as the pilot platform of development of noncommercial consulting and examination in disputable situations for improvement of quality of appraisal, joint implementation of socially oriented projects, development of economic appeal of the district, increase in liquidity and profitability of municipal property.

Similar initiatives are supported as well will be realized in a number of districts of the republic.

Within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan No. UP-156 dated 22.03.2010 "About measures for development of system of rendering legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ZRT dated 11.02.2012 "About rendering free legal aid to citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan" the Tatarstan regional office of Association of lawyers of Russia continues work on rendering free legal aid to the citizens living in rural settlements of the republic.

Yesterday, on March 23, 2017, in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the First Deputy minister Sergey Demidov has held a meeting on repayment of the land plots on the island hail Sviyazhsk of the Zelenodolsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan which are in property of natural persons and necessary for the state needs in republican property.

Conditions of repayment of the land plots were discussed at the meeting. After signing of purchase and sale contracts with natural persons documents will be filed to Management of the Federal Registration Service on the Republic of Tatarstan for implementation of registration of transition of the property rights to the land plots.

01.02.2017 the Federal law dated 13.07.2015 N 218-FZ (an edition from 03.07.2016) "About the state registration of the real estate" has come into force. According to this Law the Unified state register of the real estate which has united two bases - the Unified State Register of Rights on the real estate and transactions with him and the State Immovable Property Cadastre has begun to function.

Besides, owners of land plots, houses and buildings had a possibility of simultaneous carrying out the cadastral registration and registration of the rights. Documents will be ready in 10 days if the application is submitted to body of registration or through 12 if he was accepted in the Multipurpose center.

However, as well as now will be able to refuse the account and registration. The law has established only one basis for refusal – if mistakes and discrepancies haven't been eliminated during provided for this term. At the same time the Law has approved 29 "shortcomings" of a package of documents which existence leads to suspension only of the cadastral registration.

  State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» has carried out three inspections on effective use and safety of the state property assigned on the right of operational management to the public institutions located in the Alkeevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinated to the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, to Head department of veterinary science of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During inspections the following violations are revealed:

    3 land plots with a total area of 579 sq.m. in the villages Yumkhachi. Novoe Alparovo, Bazarniye Mataki aren't entered in the register of state ownership.

    The right of operational management for a complex from 4 buildings located at the address Republic of Tatarstan, Alkeevsky district, village Bazarniye Mataki, Dorozhnaya St., 8., isn't registered:

Statements of inspections of public institutions are drawn up. The report of institution on elimination of violations will be brought to the attention of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan within one month.
