On the board meeting of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, with participation of the independent board member, deputy minister Farit Musin, the staff of department of appraising, is determined the agenda of annual general meeting of members of Partnership. Among cases in point - reports on work of Board and executive directorate for 2016, approval of annual accounting records, and also financial plan for 2017. This year, according to the charter, also elections of the executive chief of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan will take place. The meeting will begin the work on March 16, 2017 at ten o'clock in Kazan, Vishnevsky St., 26.

   During discussion of questions of the agenda the application and the documents of the large appraising organization NAO "Evroekspert" on admission to membership of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan is considered. Also results of participation of representatives of Partnership in actions were discussed with authorities concerning appraising activities. Following the results of the meeting initiatives of forming of the civilized competitive environment in case of selection of appraisers, with the direction of requests and offers to municipal and republican authorities are supported.

Representatives of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed questions of infrastructure support in Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.

   In a constructive, business situation there took place the meeting of representatives of the organizations and directorate of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan with heads of key structural divisions of Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and SE "Center of a Program Implementation of Support and Development of a Small and Average Entrepreneurship".

State Budgetary Institution «Management of Material Support» which is subordinated by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, informs all interested legal entities and physical persons that the auction on provision in lease of trucking facilities MAN TGA with HUMBAUR semitrailer trucks placed on electronic trading platform www.torgi.gov.ru is recognized as cancelled.

According to point 135 of the order of FAS of the Russian Federation of 10.02.10 No. 67 "About an order of carrying out tenders and auctions" the auction didn't take place in view of availability of one request on each lot (lot No. 1, 2).

The corresponding lease contracts are signed at the initial price with the unique applicant - LLC «DELTRANS» for the term of 11 months. Now lease contracts are transferred to coordination and registration to the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2017 is performed 5 years. In a threshold of anniversary a number of the actions directed to expansion of interaction of business and the power, protection of the social rights and interests of citizens is planned. In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan concluded agreements with local governments.

The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.

As of 01.02.2017 the Ministry considered 104 applications to 137 transactions, have not revealed significant observations in 30 transactions. In 107 transactions notes are given, documents were sent back for revision.

According to specialists of department of economy of the ministry, for the 1-st month of 2017non-tax income to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from use and implementation of a state-owned property and the parcels of land constituted nearly 15,15 million rubles.

At a rate of articles the following means have come to the budget in January of 2017:

from lease of property – 6,06 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 12,66%;

from land lease – 3,23 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 5,79%;

from the servitude – 0,16 million rubles – the plan is implemented by 25,81%;

from implementation of property – 5,34 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 17,8%;

from implementation of lands – 0,36 million rubles (on this article the plan isn't established).

03.02.2017 the enlarged meeting of final board of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan "About work results the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2016 and tasks for 2017" took place. At the meeting of board the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasyl Shaykhraziyev took part. The board passed in the videoconference mode with participation of heads of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan and heads of chambers and managements of the land and property relations. Members of board of the ministry, heads of structural divisions took part in work of board.

  Those Russians who else rent apartment at the state under the agreement of social hiring had last chance to register it under the ownership absolutely free of charge - until the end of the program for privatization of housing in Russia there was only a month.

The last date of filing of application - February 28, 2017. But it isn't excluded that this rule will work not for all. The program for free registration of housing in property is wanted to be extended for three categories of citizens. The State Duma adopted the bill with such offer in the first reading last week.

26.01.2017 at the request of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» carried out an exit inspection on effective use and safety of the state-owned property assigned on the right of operational management to State Budgetary Institution «Almetyevskoye rayonnoye gosudarstvennoye veterinarnoye objedineniye».

During the following is revealed:

1. the property located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Almetyevsk district, us. Nizhnyaya Maktama, Dostoyevsky St., 13. is in satisfactory condition, the internal renovation is partially made. The building is de-energized, water from system of heating is merged;

2. an object isn't used, is sealed.

By results of inspection statement of public institution is drawn up.

The meeting on implementation of actions for reducing the tax debt in the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan and development of system of training of personnel for key industries of economy of the republic with use of the «Vorldskills» standards was held yesterday by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The meeting took place in the Government house of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev took part in it.
