It is known that Tatarstan became one of 28 pilot regions where since 2016 the property tax is calculated not on inventory as there was it earlier, and on the cadastral cost of the real estate. It is possible to recognize its size in Management of the Federal Registration Service by the Republic of Tatarstan.

For this purpose there are several methods.

Since July 4, 2016 the Federal law dated 03.06.2016 № 334-FZ «About modification of the Land code of the Russian Federation and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation» came into force (further – the Federal law).

The federal law made changes to provisions of the Land code of the Russian Federation (Art. 13 and 14) regulating content of protection of lands and use of the parcels of land which underwent to pollution by chemicals, including radioactive, other materials and microorganisms.

Last Saturday, on October 1, 2016, within the Sports contest of Government employees of the Republic of Tatarstan in the sports complex «Olympiyets» there passed the group stage of competitions in five-a-side. In this game the team of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan met teams of judicial department in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency.

A game was very persistent and interesting and came to the end for benefit of rivals. But the most important that a game took place and there was a team.

State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» carried out three inspections on effective use and safety of the state-owned property assigned on the right of operational management to the public institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and one check of use of the state-owned property transferred to Executive committee of the Drozhzhanovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan for implementation of powers to the state civil registration.

The celebration of veterans in the International day of elderly people in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan became a good tradition. And in the current year on October 3 in the assembly hall the festive event for the veterans of work who worked for many years in the State Property Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was held.

       On behalf of the minister and all of staff veterans of work was congratulated by the deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Musin. He noted a big contribution of each of them to reforming of economy of the republic, transition to new forms and methods of management, successful accomplishment of the tasks set for department. He wished them great festive mood, long and happy years of life, good health and courage.

Today, 03.10.2016, at the ordinary operational meeting at the Acting Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov results of receipts in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan of the non-tax income in 9 months 2016 are voiced.

According to specialists of department of economy of the ministry, in 9 months 2016 the non-tax income in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from use and implementation of a state-owned property and the land plots constituted nearly 656 million rubles. Taking into account the changes made to the budget task, the plan is implemented for 95,3%.

On October 1, 2016 within the traditional nature protection action "Day of Landing of the Wood" the staff of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took active part in memorable landing of the wood in forest fund of the Vysokogorskoe local forest area of SU "Suburban Forest Area", having planted saplings of coniferous breeds.

     The action is carried out annually by the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan for the purpose of education of careful attitude to the wood, creation of a favorable sanitary and ecological situation in the woods located in the territory of the republic.

In subordinated institution of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan of State Budgetary Institution «Management of Material Support» the strengthened work on preparation for a heating season is conducted. In the office building of State Budgetary Institution «MMS» at the address: Kazan, Kosmonavtov St., 59 system of heating is annually started at more high temperatures of the environment that speaks about earlier beginning of a heating season on this object, and in the building at the address: Kazan, the settlement of Konstantinovka, Yasenevaya St., 60 are carried out all necessary preparatory work and in a test regimen the system of heating is started.

In order to avoid emergencies and for prophylaxis the round-the-clock control of operation of the equipment is conducted, replacement of the outdated equipment and expendables by new is in parallel made.

On September 29, 2016 within the International day of elderly people in the House of friendship of the people of Kazan rendering free legal aid to citizens of advanced age has been organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, 29.09.2016, under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Mussin the meeting of a working group on the analysis and control of financial and economic activities of the state unitary enterprises and open joint stock companies which shares in the authorized capital are in a property of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.
