For the purpose of increase in efficiency of implementation of state policy in the field of development of an entrepreneurship and strengthening of interaction of bodies of government of the Republic of Tatarstan and subjects of business activity, according to decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 30.12.2015 №. UP-1271 Council for an entrepreneurship at the President of the Republic of Tatarstan is created (further – Council).

Within the appeal addressed to the Council from a number of appraisers on a subject concerning quality of appraisal of state and municipal property in the cities and the regions of the Republic of Tatarstan, the meeting for discussion of the matter took place. Employees of the Office of the Comissioner by the rights of entrepreneurs at the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, department of appraisal of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, appraisers and leading employees of non-profit partnership "The Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" took part in work of a meeting.

Today, on September 28, 2016 at 12:45 in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held the object training in the order of evacuation from the building in case of detection in the office building of a subject is held similar to the explosive device, during which actions of staff in case of origin of emergency situation were fulfilled.

Within the training the packet with a suspicious subject similar to the explosive device was found on the 6th floor the building and measures to evacuation of the people who are in the building are taken.

After the siren sounded, employees of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan orderly left the building.

Evacuation took 4,5 minutes that speaks about organization and good training of collective.

During doctrines warning systems, signallings in the building and readiness of staff for emergency situations were checked.

In execution of the order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov on September 27, 2016 the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan hold the meeting with participation of representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan and SAEH "Republican Clinical Oncological Clinic" on the conclusion of the concessionary agreement for the purpose of rendering services of a tomo therapy to the population of the Republic of Tatarstan.

According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan services will be rendered in rooms of SAEH "Republican Clinical Oncological Clinic". The question of isolation of the rooms intended to transfer to concession was discussed at a meeting. Now the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and SAEH "Republican Clinical Oncological Clinic" studies specifications on repair and equipment of the placements transferred according to the concessionary agreement and on services of a tomo therapy.

At the request of a leaders of the Republic of Tatarstan regarding reducing a total debt to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, today in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the balance sheet commission on consideration of taxpayers, according to industry accessory, having a debt to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan regarding the tax liabilities took place. As of 01.09.2016 according to Management of Federal tax service there are 109 organizations which treat to activities of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan according to RCEAP (without the organizations which are in insolvency proceedings) with debt for the total amount about 100 million rubles. At the meeting of the balance sheet commission 7 organizations having a debt for the total amount nearly 13 million rubles were considered. All considered organizations have a debt, violation of a payment due date on which doesn't exceed 1 month.

Following the results of work with the organizations – the debtors subordinated to Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, for August-September of the current year nearly 7 million rubles were succeeded to transfer into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan.

  State Budgetary Institution Republican Property Treasury carried out two inspections on effective use and safety of the state-owned property assigned on the right of operational management to the public institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Based on the order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan "On transfer of a state-owned property", for the purpose of increase in effective use of a state-owned property, the decision on transfer to State Budgetary Institution Management of Material Support of 19 units of vehicles, including cars of national and foreign production, ATVs, snowmobiles, hydrocycles on the right of operational management was made.

Today transportation department together with financially - economic department of State Budgetary Institution Management of material support prepare documents for registration and the subsequent operation of the specified motor transport by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On September 25 at the site of the Central Stadium of Kazan held the All-Russian Running Day "Cross the Nation - 2016". Sportsmen, pupils, students, workers of enterprises, agencies and departments - more than 20 thousand participants came to a sports event.

       Children of ministry’s officials, experts and heads of structural departments and subordinate institutions participated in this celebration of family, health and sports.

In accordance with the instructions of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan coordinates the allocation of local government land for allocation of gas engine infrastructure (hereinafter - the GEI stations).

As a result of the joint work with local authorities and LLC "Gazprom gas fuel" GEI stations in Nizhnekamsk, Zelenodolsk, Bugulma were putted into operation at the end of June 2016. Also it is planned to put into operation GEI stations. in Elabuga, Aznakayevo, uts. Alekseevskoe, Leninogorske Kazan (Pobedy Prospect) at the end of 2016.

The campaign "Day without cars" is carried out in our country for six years. It reminds us that nature should be protected. Do not forget, what harm does the use of motor vehicles. Thus, citizens are offered to travel by bicycle or on foot at least for one day of the year. The benefits of this would be enormous if many people take part in this promotion.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan supported this action, which is holding now held around the world. Most of the staff of the Ministry were getting to work on foot or by public transport, without use of cars.

Today, 21.09.2016, at the House of Tatarstan’s Government President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with the Head of the Federal Agency of State Property Management (h.a. Agency) Dmitry Pristanskov.

The meeting was also attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Repubic of Tatarstan - Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Karimov, President’s Assistant Rinat Sabirov, President’s Assistant Airat Nurutdinov, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin, Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev, Minister of transport and road management of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Safin, head of territorial management of the Agency in the Republic of Tatarstan Gulnara Sergeeva and others.
