On September 29, 2016, in the framework of the International Day of Older Persons Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold an event to provide free legal assistance to citizens of the elderly.

Specialists of Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan will provide legal assistance in the framework of the land legislation during the event.

The event will take place at the House of Friendship of Peoples from 10.00 am to 13.00 pm. The house is located at Pavlyuhina str., 57 block 1. You can reach this event by buses № 4, 5, 25, 43, 68, 71, 77 to bus stop "Pavlyuhina".

On July 15, 2016 came into force the Federal Law dated 03.07.2016 № 352-FZ "On Amendments to Articles 13 and 15 of the Federal Law "On the Turnover of Agricultural Land" (hereinafter - Federal law).

Federal law specifies the features of turnover of shares in the common ownership of agricultural land plots.

On July 4, 2016 came into force the Federal Law dated 03.07.2016 № 335-FZ "On Amendments to Article 72 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation" (hereinafter - Federal law).

Federal law regulates the implementation of municipal land control.

It is envisaged that the local government of municipal area provides municipal land control in regard of objects of land relations located on the inter-settlement areas of the municipal district, as well as in respect of objects of land relations, located within a part of the area of rural settlements, except if in accordance to the law of subject of the Russian Federation these powers assigned to the local authorities of these rural settlements.

According to report of specialists of ministry’s management of land resources 30 274 land plots in the Republic of Tatarstan (including Kazan and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny) is registered in the Real Estate Cadastre. In Kazan there is 2 935 land plots registered in the Real Estate Cadastre, in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny - 2 622 land plots.

Total 26 196 plots of land plots provided to large families in common ownership.

SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" have been carried out the 2 inspections of the efficient use and preservation of state property assigned to the operational management for government agencies subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and 1 inspection of the use of state property transferred to the Executive Committee of Buinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan for the exercise of authority for state registration of civil status acts.

On July 4, 2016 came into force the Federal law dated 03.07.2016 № 336-FZ «On Amendments to the Land Code of the Russian Federation and Article 10 of the Federal Law «On Agricultural Land Transactions». (hereinafter - Federal law).

The Federal law establishes the features of provision of the agricultural land owned by the state or municipal property to individuals or legal entities in the ownership or lease.
