09.08.2016 at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister Farit Musin held the session of the commission of the competition for the vacancy of State civil service - head of the department of corporate governance.

4 applicants participated in the competition for the vacancy. As a result of case studies and interviews with members of the competition commission the winner is Ziyatdinov Farid Fanunovich.

According to information of specialists of department of economy of the ministry, for 8 months of 2016 582 million rubles of the non-tax income came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from use and realization of the state property and land plots. Thus, for the February of the current year the budgetary task is performed for 201,47%.

Competition for socially oriented non-profit organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan for the right to receive material support (h.a. - competition) is conducted in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 18.02.2015 № 99 «On the Republican competition for the provision of material support to socially oriented non-profit organizations».

Participants of the competition can be socially oriented non-profit organizations, except state and municipal institutions, on condition of implementation of their activities in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan at least one year prior to filing the said organization applications for participation in the competition.

Today in the morning the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the ceremony of launching of three high-tech industries on the territory of the Kazan technopolis "Himgrad".

The first enterprise - Air Liquide - station for the production of technical gases and gas mixtures - intends to provide its production to enterprises of Kazan and Tatarstan. French resident of Technopolis - the world leader in the production of industrial gases. The range of production will provide the industry of the republic, firstly, 265 resident companies with modern technopolis gases and gas mixtures that help to reduce energy consumption enterprises and the volume of harmful emissions.

Today in Kazan with participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a grand opening of a new office building of the Engineering center "Energoprogress" (Volgogradskaya Str, 34).

 "Energoprogress" - one of the first engineering centers in the country in the field of energetics, created in 1989. Today, the institution activity goes far beyond the republic and includes the whole cycle of works on engineering management, supply and construction of various industries as EPC (M) -contractor.

SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" have been carried out the inspections of the efficient use and preservation of state property assigned to the operational management for government agencies subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On 25-26 of August in the Kaliningrad region held the interregional conference of appraisers "Actual problems of appraisal activity". During the meeting of a member of the Management Board of NP " Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the head of the Tatarstan branch of the Russian Society of Appraisers Dmitry Zahmatov with representatives of the Property Agency of the Kaliningrad region, Federal Property Management Agency, Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, appraisal community, was carried out the presentation of the experience for the development of cooperation between the state and business an example of Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan concluded agreements with local governments.

The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.

As of 01.09.2016 the Ministry considered 1653 applications to 2808 transactions, have not revealed significant observations in 1059 transactions. In 1749 transactions notes are given, documents were sent back for revision.

 On July 4, 2016 came into force the Federal Law dated dated 03.07.2016 № 337-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On horticultural, gardening and dacha non-profit associations of citizens " (hereinafter - Federal law).

      The federal law is aimed at improving the legal regulation of the activities of horticultural, gardening and dacha non-profit associations of citizens.

On September 1, 2016, in the framework of the campaign "Help to prepare to school", the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev took part in the celebration of the All-Russia festival the «Day of Knowledge».

The event was held in MBEI "Tatarskomushuginskaya secondary school named K.A.Smirnova" in Menzelinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
