  On January 1, 2017 shall come into force the Federal law dated 03.07.2016 № 321-FZ "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation on the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs and the needs of specific types of legal entities" ( hereinafter - Federal law).

      The federal law is aimed at ensuring transparency of the procurements of state and municipal unitary enterprises, increase of competition and the efficiency of budget spending.

17.08.2016 SBI "Management of material support" (seller) and SBI"Republican proprietary treasury" (specialized organization) held a public auction (to increase the cost of a public submission of proposals for the price) on the implementation of vehicles assigned to SBI on the right of operational management.

On July 15, 2016 came into force the Federal law dated 03.07.2016 № 339-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On Joint Stock Companies" (hereinafter - Federal law).

Federal law gives to shareholders the right to the make repayable contributions to the property of JSC, which do not increase its share capital and do not change the par value of shares.

25.08.2016 at Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatasrtan within the framework of the State Program "Development of the market of gasmotor fuel in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013-2023 years" under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister S.A.Demidov held a meeting in videoconference mode on the allocation of land in the country for placing objects of gas fueling infrastructure.

The meeting was attended by local authorities of Arsky, Aktanyshsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Mendeleevsky municipal districts, city of Naberezhnye Chelny and representatives of a branch of LLC "Gazprom gas-engine fuel" in Kazan.

Within the framework of the provision of methodological assistance to municipalities of the republic 24.08.2016 at 10.00 a.m. at the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the "round table" on topical issues of the activities of the chambers, managements (committees) of land and Property of municipal formations of the republic. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Office of the Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, FSBI "Federal cadaster chamber" of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of departments of ministry.

Today, under the chairmanship of Minister Azat Hamaev held a board meeting of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan with participation of heads of chambers, managements (committees) of land and property on the results of the first half of 2016.

At the board meeting the issues of profitability of state and municipal property, debt reduction for the lease of land and property, execution of agreements on cooperation with Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, granting of land plots to large families, on cadastral registration of the boundaries of rural settlements and other issues were discussed.

Employees of the Transport Department of SBI "Management of material support" together with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of Task Force are carried out measures to survey and monitor the waters of the river Kazanka. For these purposes, SBI "Management of material support" provided boats "Siberia - 460" in the amount of 2 units. Surveys are conducted in the period from 23.08.2016 till 30.08.2016 every hour.

On January 1, 2017 shall come into force from 03.07.2016 the Federal law dated 03.07.2016 № 343-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law"On Joint Stock Companies" and the Federal Law "On Limited Liability Companies" in the regulation of large transactions and transactions with related parties" (hereinafter - Federal law)

Federal law clarifies the definition of a major transaction for the joint stock company (JSC) and the Limited Liability Company (LLC), as well as the procedure for obtaining the consent of the commission and its subsequent approval.

According to information of specialists of the Management of Land Resources, in the Republic of Tatarstan including city of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny, there were provided 25 852 land plots in the common ownership of large families of. In Kazan there were provided 2 656 land plots, in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny – 2 519 plots.

17.08.2016 SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" held a public auction (to increase the cost of a public submission of proposals for the price) on the implementation of vehicles assigned to institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan on the right of operational management. 7 cars were exhibited at the auction, 11 applications from 10 participants were submitted. As a result of the auction 3 cars worth over 456 615 rubles were sold.
