SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" in response to the request of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, was carried out verification of the state property assigned for the operational management to the public institution subordinated to the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The verification revealed the following unused state property:

- Warehouse of foam with total area of 3 sq, premises with a total area of 302 sqm on the second floor of the building of the fire station and part of the land area with total area of 4500 sq.m on Molodezhnaya str.1A located in village Lenino-Kokushkino;

- Garage with total area of 40.9 square meters, located on .Z.Shaymardanova str. 18 in village Kutlu-Bukash, which is in poor condition;

- Part of the land area of 2500 sq.m on Gorkogo str., 2 B in village Shemordan.

Besides:

- right of operative management on the premises on Hadi Taktash str., 39, Kazan are not registered by the agency;

- warehouse building with total area of 60 sq.m. on Gagarin str, 45A village Nurlaty, are not entered in the Register of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- 6 houses with total area of 1142.4 sq.m. were transferred by the balance-handed to use of institution without execution of relevant agreements;

- The institution is not registered the right of permanent (perpetual) use of 8 land plots.

As of 01.04.2016 according to information of Chambers of land and property of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, there are 71,243 unclaimed land shares with the total area of 384.3 hectares

Judicial decisions in 40 municipalities of Republic recognized municipal ownership of land plots with total area of 225.4 hectares (as 01.01.2016 - 222.9 thousand hectares).

According to information of the Chambers of land and property of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan municipal ownership of land plots with total area of 168 hectares is registered (as 01.01.2016 - 165.8 thousand hectares).

At the present time, preparations and execution of reconstruction works of the central specialized laboratory of analytical control of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, situated in the administrative building on. Kosmonavtov str. 59, which is on the balance of SBI "Management of material support" are under way. In accordance with the resolution of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan funds in the amount of 9.4 million rubles allocated to carry out these works.

In connection with the entry into force certain provisions of the Federal Law of 30.12.2015 №452-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On State Real Estate Cadastre" and Article 76 of the Federal Law" On Education in the Russian Federation" on 01.07.2016, in terms of improvement of the activity cadastral engineers, note the following.

According to paragraph 1 of Article 29 of the Federal Law dated 24.07.2007 №221-FZ "On State Real Estate Cadastre" (Law № 452-FZ) cadastral engineer shall be a physical person who is a member of the self-regulatory organization of cadastral engineers. At the same time up to 01.12.2016 cadastral activities along with cadastral engineers will be entitled to carry persons who are acting qualification certificates of cadastral engineer on 01.07.2016.

26.05.2016 at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev held a meeting on the reduction of the debt to the budgets of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan on the rent for the property and land. Considering of this issue attended by five municipalities of the republic with the largest amount of debt. Together with a representative of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan reviewed the measures taken by the Chambers and the Offices of Land and Property for specific tenants debtors.

Within the framework of socio-oriented project of Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan "Expanding health territory" the installation of children's sports and playground on the territory of  TSS"Poselok Vodnikov" (Chistopol city) completed The project "Expanding the area of health" designed in the development of cooperation and interaction between the non-commercial partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" and territorial public self №7 " Poselok Vodnikov " (Chistopol city), was among the winners of socially oriented non-profit organizations for the right to obtain subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2015.

On May 25, 2016 in Kazan held a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC "Tatneft" under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov.

The meeting discussed the budget execution results of the Company in first four months of 2016 and approved the budget for June of this year, discussed the results of financial and economic activities for the first quarter of this year.

In the first three months of this year on "Tatneft" fields there were produced 6 million 846 thousand tons of oil, which is on 5.4% higher than the same period of last year. On Ashalchinskoye field there were produced 119,000 tons of viscous oil. Since the beginning of the application of thermal methods as at 04.01.2016 it was produced 1.058 million tons of extra-viscous oil.

According to information of specialists of department of economy of the ministry, for 4 months of 2016 253 million 790 thousand rubles of the non-tax income came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from use and realization of the state property and land plots. Thus, for the February of the current year the budgetary task is performed for 87,85 %.

On May 21, 2016, a traditional environmental action "Clean forests of Tatarstan", organized by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic held if Tatarstan.

Employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan have put cleanliness and order in the territory of the forest fund of «Stolbischenskoe» district forestry.

SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" in response to the request of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was carried out verification of the state property assigned for the operational management to a public institution subordinated to the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The verification revealed that:

- A garage with total area of 42.3 square meters and part of the land plot with total area of 60sq.m, located on Tetsevskaya str.,7, are not used;

- the economic bloc with a total area of 37.7 sqm on Karl Marks street, 71 A, are demolished without permission of Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- the right of operational management of the institution for 5 houses is not registered;

- 4 real estate objects with a total area of 81.4 square meters are not listed in the Register of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan;

-, premises with a total area of 857.4 sq.m., were transferred to the use of two government agencies,: one them federal and one is a local government agency without permission Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and execution of the relevant agreements;

- 19 apartments in a building of fire stations of Kazan were transferred to the use of individuals without issuing of employment contracts.
