 IV All-Russian scientific-practical conference "Actual problems of the theory and practice of development of appraisal activity at the present stage" took place on May 20, 2016 in Kazan. This is the first conference in the region. Co-organizers of the event were the NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan", the National Association of appraisers of self-regulatory organizations (NASO), the Association of the self-regulatory organization "National Board of Appraisers experts"

Among the participants were presented the main self-regulatory organizations and leading Russian appraisers, all levels of government, educational institutions, media, partner professional associations.

Welcoming remarks were made by representatives of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan Valery Aksanov (Member of the Board of Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan) and Territorial department of Federal service of state register, cadaster and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Khairutdinov. They stressed that the efforts to improve the quality of appraisal services, reduce disputes, the effective development of public-private partnership is perceived positively by the authorities at all levels, appraisers, users of appraisal services. It was also pointed to the need for expansion of good practice, the possibility of its replication and promotion.

Acting chairman of the government of North Ossetia Teimuraz Touskaev taking part in the eighth annual summit "Russia - the Islamic world: KazanSummit» have visited the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the business meeting with the Minister A.K.Hamaev and heads of departments of the Ministry were discussed topical issues in the field of land and property relations. In particular, questions were raised cadastral relations, cooperation with municipalities, increasing the profitability of state-owned property. The meeting took place in a constructive atmosphere and was fruitful for both sides.

May 2, 2016 at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov held an open auction on the increase in the cost for the implementation of state property.

State-owned property located in the Republic of Tatarstan regions, amounting to 31 million rubles, was implemented.

          The funds will go to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan.

May 14, 2016 in the framework of the traditional environmental action "Day of forest planting" the staff of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took an active part in the commemorative planting forests in the forest fund Vysokogorsky district forestry SUE "Suburban forestry" by planting seedlings of coniferous species.

       According to the Ministry of Forestry Republic of Tatarstan, this year's campaign was supported by about 30 thousand inhabitants of the republic, planted 1.3 million pieces of planting material of different assortment, over an area of 350 hectares.

Currently, in accordance with the legislation in force in the joint-stock companies with the participation of the Republic of Tatarstan and the shares in respect of which use a special right ( "golden share") annual general meeting of shareholders are taking place. The annual general meetings of shareholders in PJSC "Nizhnekamskneftekhim", OAO "Zainsk DME" PJSC "Kazanorgsintez", JSC "Center for development of land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan", JSC "Sanatorium Krutushka" are already held. The agenda of the annual general meetings of shareholders including the questions according to the annual reports, annual financial statements upon performance for 2015 dividend payments, the formation of the management and control bodies for 2016-2017.

In the near future it is expected to hold annual general meetings of shareholders of JSC "Tattehkontrol", OAO "TNV", JSC "Almetyevsk-Vodokanal", JSC "Assen", JSC "Tatneftekhiminvest-holding", PJSC "AK BARS" BANK, PJSC "Tatfondbank" JSC "Kurkachinskoe DME", JSC "KOMZ".

In the aim of implementation of certain provisions of the Federal Law from June 23, 2014 № 171-FZ "On Amendments to the Land Code of the Russian Federation and Certain Legislative Acts Russian Federation" changes to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan were made by the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan from May 7, 2016 № 32-ZRT "On Amendments to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan"

In order to bring the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan (h.a. LC RT) in accordance with he Land Code of the Russian Federation (h.a. LC RF) a number of norms of Articles 32, 331 and 34 LC RT are invalidated.

Today President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov within the framework of his working visit to Vienna met with the President of Austrian Federal Economic Chamber Christoph Leitl.

The meeting was held in the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.

The sides discussed issues of further mutually beneficial cooperation, implementation of joint projects. According to Christoph Leitl, Tatarstan and Austria have many common interests, including in business matters, training and education.

Then, Rustam Minnikhanov, and Christoph Leitl took part in the Austrian-Tatarstan business forum.

In his welcoming speech, Christoph Leitl said that there is an interest in investing in special economic zones on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. "We know that Tatarstan is an economically successful region of Russia, and are ready to sign a special agreement on cooperation", - he stressed.

11.05.2015 in video mode held a meeting of the Commission on the consideration of the issues about: transfer to municipal ownership of real estate owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, and taking ownership of the municipal real estate property to the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan. The comission considered together with representatives of Chambers of property and land relations 7 offers from municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer of immovable property to the municipal ownership and 2 offers on taking ownership of the municipal real estate property to the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

      Following the meeting, the commission all proposals agreed.

Around 530 portraits in general ranks were carrying by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren. the photographs were shown those who died in battle, and those who are missing, and those who worked on the wear in the rear, giving the front an opportunity to survive and win. Thousands of family stories that make up the portrait of the Victory. Citizens of Menzelinsk were carrying portraits, someone with a smile on his face, someone deep in thought, or do not hide the tears.

Speaking to veterans and participants of the event, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev read out the festive appeal of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov in connection with the 71-st anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, expressed his gratitude to the veterans and wished them health and prosperity.
