SBI "Republican proprietary treasury", in response to the request of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, was carried out verification of the state property assigned for the operational management to a public institution subordinated to the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The verification revealed the unused state property:

- Two real estate objects with total area of 470.8 square meters and part of the land plot of 7000 sq.m on the basis of the construction industry of Naberezhnye Chelny city;

- 11 apartments with a total area of 496 sq.m., located in fire stations buildings in Naberezhnye Chelny city, as well as:

- 5 cars written off without submitting relevant orders of Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- right of operational management of the institution for 18 real estate objects is unregistered;

- premises with a total area of 491 sq.m referred to the use of two state organizations and one municipal institution without permission of Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan and execution of the relevant agreements.

In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan conclude agreements with local governments.

The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.

As of 01.05.2016 the Ministry considered 785 applications to 1611 transactions, have not revealed significant observations in 582 transactions. In 1029 transactions notes are given, documents were sent back for revision.

At a meeting of the Committee on Education and Training of non-commercial partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" were discussed issues of cooperation between the appraisal organizations and universities, as well as the draft documents of the Council of appraisal activity under the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia with the participation of representatives from the Partnership in the working bodies of the Council - Tanzila Udod, Andrey Lisichkin and Dmitry Zahmatov.

Also the meeting was moderated by the representative of the Kazan University Innovation - member of the Partnership - Nelia Muhamethanova.

27.04.2016 held an open auction (for the increase in the cost to the public submission of proposals on the price) for the implementation of the state property assigned to SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" on the right of operational management. At the auction the seller has been exposed a lot, which was implemented in the amount of 152 981,00 rubles.

In accordance with the request of the Kazan interdistrict environmental prosecutor's office employees of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Volga Office of the Federal Service for Environmental and Technological and Nuclear Supervision events were held to test the performance of water and land legislation of the Russian Federation in Zelenodolsk. For this event the boat "Siberia-460" was selected, consisting on balance of SBI "Management of material support."

Non-commercial partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" has continued to participate in the project "National trademark of the Republic of Tatarstan", in the organization work and the work of jury of the festival of the brand. The first zone round of II-nd National Festival Competition was held in Almetyevsk on 30-th of april, 2016. A distinctive feature of the festival was a wide range of nominations, the range of submitted products, the range of participants from more than 12 regions of the republic.

     A special recognition of the jury won "Iman-tea" and the jam made of fir cones (which according to the manufacturer are presented in the Russian President's Office), hot duchmak (our answer is "Big Mak") from mobile outdoor stove, baursak, milk, katyk, koumiss, sour cream, cow and goat cheese, bee products, deli meats from peasant farms of Almetyevsk, Zainsk, Leninogorsk, Aznakaevo and other regions of the republic.

Procedure approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 08.04.2016 № 198, established that the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan exercising powers of supreme governing body of the economic company, on behalf of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In addition, the procedure determines the periods provided for notification of branch executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan about the date, place and time of the general meeting of shareholders (participants) of a business entity and a deadline for sending proposals on issues, related to the competence of the general meeting.

In the 1st quarter of 2016 the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan received 41.2 billion rubles of tax and non-tax revenues. This volume of revenue is less than payments for the first quarter of 2015 in 2.2 billion rubles, or less than 5%.

Such data was provided today by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gaizatullin at the national meeting on the results of execution of the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for the 1st quarter 2016.

The meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan in the mode of video conference with all municipal regions of Tatarstan was held by the President Rustam Minnikhanov.

According to the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, the budget was executed at 32.6 billion rubles with a decrease compared to last year at 2.2 billion rubles, or to 6 percent.

Own revenues of local budgets are mobilized in the amount of 8.6 bln rubles almost at last year's level.

The next meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "Tatneftekhiminvest-holding" held today under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The meeting was held at the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan (Kazan).

According to the speech of General Director of JSC "Tatneftekhiminvest-holding" Rafinat Yarullin there are growing volumes of both production and refining, production of plastic products in the petrochemical complex of the republic. According to the results of I quarter 2016 the production of chemical products remained at the same level as last year.

However, according to him, revenues, profits and payments to the national budget for the fuel sector are reduced. The rise in the chemical and petrochemical industry is due to the launch of "Ammonium"complex, increased sales in major chemical plants: "Kvart" and "Himgrad".

In general, in the petrochemical complex, volume of products shipped in the I quarter decreased by 7 percent - to 257 billion rubles..

 "Tatneft" for the I quarter of this year increased its oil production by 5.4 percent - up to 6 million 847 thousand tons. Small oil companies grew by 1 percent. The growth was due to a significant increase in drilling wells.

Production of oil products increased by 4.2 per cent in the I quarter of 2016, including diesel fuel - by 26 percent, motor gasoline - by 2 percent. Including the "TANECO" oil products output grew by 8 percent, on "TAIF-NK" - by 6.9 percent.

The total output of chemical products remained at the same level as last year. The increase in production of mineral fertilizers, rubber and detergents is balanced the decrease in polyethylene and carbon black production.

"Nizhnekamskneftekhim" has increased production by 1.7 percent. Plastics release stored at the level of last year.

On "Kazanorgsintez" production decreased by 3.5 percent. Reducing the supply of ethylene led to the release of polyethylene fall by 6 percent.

"Nefis Cosmetics" has increased production by 18 percent by increasing the release of liquid detergents and soaps. There is a decrease in sales of cleaning products and detergents.

Yesterday, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov-Chairman of the Board of Directors held the next meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC "Tatneft" in Almetievsk.

 The Board summed up the results of the budget execution in the first quarter of this year and approved the budget in May.

They discussed the results of financial and economic activity of PJSC "Tatneft" in 2015.

Last year, on fields of company in the Republic of Tatarstan 26 million 927 thousand tons of oil are produced, which is 2.7% more than in 2014. The amount of extra-viscous oil to Ashalchinskoye field totally was 376,000 tons, since application of thermal methods as of January 1, 2016 were produced 939,000 tons of EVO.

Total group of companies "Tatneft" produced 27 million 249 thousand tons of oil.

352 new production wells were commissioned. Volume collection of associated petroleum gas amounted to 899.5 million cubic meters.

Revenue-net (excluding VAT and export duties) amounted to 463 billion. rubles. Net profit amounted to 85 billion rubles. The total amount of taxes and payments in all levels of the budget amounted to 263 billion rubles.

97 billion rubles directed on the implementation of the investment program for all types of productive activity of the group of companies "Tatneft", which is higher than the previous year by 28 billion rubles. Total investment growth was due to increased investment to the development of fields of EVO and the further development of the complex of "TANECO".
