SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" in response to the request of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was carried out 2 verifications of use of the state property assigned for the operational management for government agencies under the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Verifications revealed the following violations:

- of ownership 3 real estate objects with total area of 245.1 square meters are not included in the state register of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- the right of operational management of the institution on 2 real estate objects in Kazan is not registered;

- premises of other organizations with a total area of 794.4 sq are using without registration of the relevant contracts.

Today, all the departments of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan together took an active part in the Saturday clean-up day for sanitary cleaning of area of the ministry. They put in order the territory of the building, washed windows, cleaned up at their workplaces.

According to the drafts prepared by the Ministry in 2016 it is adopted 34 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer of 75 agricultural land plots with total area of 370 hectares to the category suitable for further construction.

At the next meeting of the Expert Advisory Board of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan with participation of leading experts of the Republic of Self-regulated organizations - Board members and invited experts of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan were considered treatments of the Partnership members and authorities, and a number of important issues affecting the interests of the appraisal community.

   In particular, was considered the complaint of member of the Partnership on the actions of the auction committee of the Chamber of Land and Property of one of the municipal districts of the republic. In regard to similar requests and in addition to the response to the applicant, it was decided to send suggestions and recommendations on the reflection of the requirements for implementing of appraisal works in the documentation of public procurement for clarification organizers of trading to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

   Employee of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan was taken part in the round table "On the organization and holding of events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster", which took place in the Republican Center of socially oriented non-profit organizations. At the meeting, explanations were given on the extraordinary allocation of land plots to citizens who have received or have suffered from radiation sickness and other diseases and injuries due to the Chernobyl disaster, as well as citizens, evacuated (including those who left voluntarily) in 1986 from the exclusion zone.

 In the need of restore the order in the territory assigned to the State budget institution "Management of material support," as well as in connection with the annual Saturday clean-up day, employees were carried out the cleaning of the territory of the building, located on Yasenevaya str., 60, and its adjacent parts. Employees scavenge d on subordinated territory, made a tree planting, as well as other measures to maintain order and comfortable working environment on summer.

21.04.2016 at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Farit Musin held the meeting of specialists of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan with the delegation of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Bashkortostan. During the meeting the sides exchanged experiences on topical issues of state property and land management, corporate governance in joint stock companies with the state share in the authorized capital. Also representatives of the Republic of Bashkortostan familiarized themselves with the state information system analysis and forecasting of the state enterprises in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is an effective tool for public authorities in the development and implementation of measures for implementation of preventive measures to prevent bankruptcies in relation to relevant enterprises of the republic.

       Following the meeting, cooperation between the Ministries will continue.

Resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 13.04.2016 № 218 approved the procedure for determining the amount of rent for the property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as established benefits of rent for the property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan.

Effect of approved Order does not apply to relations connected with renting of land, water bodies and other natural resources.

The size of the rent for the property provided for rent on the results of tenders (tenders, auctions), is determined in the process of their implementation.

20.04.2016 in accordance with the approved work plan held a regular meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by members of the Board of Rashid Abashev, Rosa Ahmadieva, Arthur Mustaev, Nazgat Magrifatullin, Asia Timiryasova Oleg Bulgakov, deputy ministers, heads of departments of the Ministry.

       The chairman Rashid Abashev opened the meeting. He offered to hear the heads of the key departments of the Ministry on the most relevant issues to citizens and businesses in the field of land and property.

The Board on personnel policy under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan by its decision approved a list of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan for the entry on the electronic board of honor. The main purpose of its creation is to raise the prestige of the civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan and the public recognition of merits in the professional performance of civil servants of the country.
