For the purpose of holding  of starting - commissioning works on the territory of subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan SBI "Management of material support" at the address:, Kazan, set. Konstantinovka, Yasenevaya Street, 60, works on laying of underground gas pipeline from the gas - distribution point to the gas boiler and preparation for the launch is carried out.

In accordance with the order of the President of the Russian Federation a common day of reception of citizens is held on December 14, 2015 from 12.00 to 20.00 hours in bodies of state and local authorities.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan reception is held at the following address: Vishnevskiy str., 26.

The public auction to increase the value to the public submission of price bids for the sale of land seized by force is announced.

The date of an auction is 15 of January, 2016 at 13.00 o'clock at the address: Kazan, Vishnevsky St., 26 (salesroom) .

      Lot No. 1: Land plot, category of lands: land of agricultural purpose, the allowed use: for agricultural production, the total area of 1 351 081 sq.m., the cadastral number 16:33:200302:27 located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Pestrechinsky municipal district, Panovskoe rural settlement.

     09.12.2015, pursuant to the request of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, was carried out verification of the use of state property, located at the address: Kazan. Lebedeva str., 1; verification of the use of non-residential premises of the basement, 4-storey building with total area of 724 sq.m.

        The audit revealed poor condition of the premises, it is required for repairs.

The meeting on the cooperation of non-profit partnership "Union of Appraisers Republic of the Republic of Tatarstan" with the executive bodies of municipalities took place on 09.12.2015 in Arsky municipal district. The meeting chaired by the Deputy Head of the Executive Committee Oleg Spichkin. He spoke about the promising investment projects implemented in the region in accordance with the “Strategy 2030”, the problems and challenges in the decision which it is possible to use expert and consulting capacities of the Union of Appraisers of RT, its experience in the development of public-private partnership. In particular, such cooperation effectively in matters of real estate, training and job creation, interaction with federal and republican organizations, establish a system of operational consulting.

On 9-th of December, 2015, in the International Anti-Corruption Day, the Ministry held a meeting with heads of the Interregional public organization agencies promoting the implementation of programs in the field of anti-corruption "National committee of public control" of the Republic of Tatarstan and of Kazan. During the meeting it was discussed current problems of anti-corruption in the Russian Federation, the role of civil society institutions to protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens and business entities, as well as issues of anti-corruption education in the Russian Federation.

Pursuant to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan from 12.01.2013              N 8-ZRT “On providing facilities for orphans and children left without parental care” and on the amendments to article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On targeted social support of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and on the instructions of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan State Organization "Republican proprietary treasury" filled the documents to the Office of the Federal Service, Cadastre and Cartography for state registration of the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan on 129 premises. The ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan on 80 premises is already registered.

On 07th of December 2015 at the SBI House of people’s friendship within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of 22nd of March,2010 No. UP-156 "About measures for development of system of rendering a legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ZRT held a rendering of a legal aid to disabled people of I, II, III groups, children with disabilities, as well as their legal representatives.

In structure of information consulting group from the Ministry of land property of the Republic of Tatarstan was involved the leading consultant of department of legal support of land and property – Hanzhina Anna Viktorovna.

Today 07.12.2015, at the next operational meeting held by minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev were sounded results of receipts in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan of the non-tax income in 11 months of 2015 taking into account the new budget assignment.

  According to specialists of department of economy of the ministry, for 11 months of 2015 from use and realization of the state property and the land plots 636 million 190 thousand rubles of the non-tax income came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan. Thus for 11 months of the current year the budgetary task is performed for 99,01 %.

       On 03th of December, 2015 in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Farit Musin it is took place the meeting of the commission on carrying out competition on replacement of the vacant position of senior specialist of 1 category of legal support cadastral relations department:

       3 applicants for vacancy took part in competition. As a result of the carried-out practical tasks and interviews with members of a contest committee the winner was Kirill Pershikov.
