The meeting on the transfer of engineering networks of sports facilities 2013 Universiade (outdoor lighting, storm drainage network, water supply network, wastewater) operating organizations held in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

A letter of Ministry of Economic Development of Russia from 24.09.2015 N OG-D23-12402 “On consideration of the appeal regarding the coordination of location of the boundaries of land plot which is owned by the state or municipal property is posted in the legal system "Consultant Plus".

On 15 of December,2015 in Management of Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan the regular examination on compliance to requirements of the legislation imposed to cadastral engineers took place. From the declared 18 citizens of Russia, having the document on secondary professional or higher education, wishing to become a cadastral engineers, examination was reached by 15 people. Other candidates on various circumstances weren't.

       Following the results of carrying out a qualification examination 9 applicants became owners of certificates of the cadastral engineer, that is less than a half examined who could correctly answer to 64 questions from 80.

12.16.2015 at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a meeting chaired by the first Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov with the delegation of Xinjiang (China).

       The meeting discussed the possibility of creating of the area of agricultural and livestock production industry in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as mechanisms of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, municipalities, citizens and organizations of foreign investors (companies).

Yesterday, December 14 of this year, from 12.00 to 20.00 in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was held All-Russian day of reception of citizens.

Treatment of citizens were of different nature: issues of lease of land plots and real estate development business, the acquisition of land, privatization of premises, advice on legislation and other statements relating to the activities Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

For all applications received from applicants for admission, the authorized representatives of the Ministry have been given an explanation. The visitors expressed their gratitude to the Ministry for the warm reception and detailed answers to the questions posed.

12 December 2015 held sports competitions in basketball within the Games of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan. The competition was held at the sport complex "KAI-Olympia. '

Team of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan met with the teams of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Federal Treasury of the Republic of Tatarstan.

     At the round table devoted to the interaction of the subjects of appraising activity with public authorities and local self-government, which was held in Khabarovsk at 10.12.2015 a member of the Board of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman PO RSA "Society of Appraisers of Tatarstan" Dmitriy Zahmatov made a speech. He spoke about the experience of formation mechanisms of effective public-private partnership to develop a balanced policy in the area of ​​appraising activity, taking into account the interests of all participants of this activity on the example of NP "Union of Appraisers Republic of Tatarstan". In his speech he paid special attention to the practice of solving the problems, the most pressing and urgent for the authorities and evaluators in the region.

From 1 to 10 December 2015 in accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 10.10.2015 № 2260-p within the framework of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities a set of measures addressed to the solving of problems of people with disabilities was carried out in the republic.

10.12.2015 employees of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the seminar organized by the Investment Promotion Agency of Republic of Tatarstan on the theme: "Regional aspects of the application of federal laws on public-private partnership № 224-FZ of 07.13.2015 and concession agreements № 115-FZ of 21.07.2005",

At the meeting of the Committee on Education and training, of non-commercial partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" discussed areas of work in connection with the innovations of vocational training of appraisers and proposals in the plan for 2016 of the working body of the Council of valuation activity under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

    Chairman of the Committee Tanzilya Udod briefly reflected on the aspects of the working bodies, necessity of reflect the professional views of employers and educational institutions. The discussion touched the question on the development of new programs, additional education of appraisers, the necessity to adapt professional standards and federal standards of appraising, public discussion of employers training programs, the creation of recommendations on unified curriculum. It was decided to prepare a synthesis of proposals to the plan of the working body for incorporation representative of the Union of Appraisers of the RT until the end of December this year.
