Today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin reported on the issues of arrears under lease agreements for municipal property and land plots in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting was held via videoconference with all municipalities by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

Federal Law No. 369-FZ dated November 9, 2020 On Amendments to Article 17 of the Federal Law On Citizens' Horticulture for Their Own Needs and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Federal Law) clarifies the procedure for holding annual general meetings of members of horticultural non-profit partnerships.

On November 11, 2020, the regular meeting of the permanent Commission on the write-off of fixed assets held by the state property of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the meeting, appeals from 36 state institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan and documents on the write-off of 107 units of motor vehicles and special equipment, morally and physically obsolete, having exhausted their resources, were considered.

Most of the applications were received from institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan. The results of the on-site inspection with the participation of specialists from the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Budgetary Institution Management of Material Support were also considered. According to the results of the commission's work, it was recommended to put up 14 cars for auction, for 11 cars the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan will conduct an additional field check for the expediency of their cancellation, some applications for cancellation were rejected due to the lack of necessary documents.

On November 11, 2020, the meeting of the working subgroup on establishing the border of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in the videoconferencing mode (ZOOM) at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the Acting Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Tagir Khusnutdinov.

During the meeting of the working subgroup, the project border of the Republic of Tatarstan adjacent to the Samara and Orenburg regions and the Chuvash Republic was discussed.

In pursuance of the subprogram Provision of living quarters for orphans and children left without parental care, persons from among orphans and children left without parental care in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2020 - 2025, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated October 3, 2019 No. 888, an open auction for the right to conclude a state contract for the acquisition of 16 residential premises for subsequent provision to orphans was announced:

November 17. 2020 - deadline for submission of applications for participation;

November - holding an open auction.

Today, Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Artur Galiev held a meeting on the issue of agreeing a roadmap for eliminating the existing debt for housing and communal services in relation to residential premises of the specialized housing stock of the Republic of Tatarstan for orphans. Representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the meeting via video communication.

Today a press conference on the topic "Prevention of corruption in the field of land and property relations" with the participation of Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev was held in the Republican Agency for Press and Mass Communications Tatmedia. During his speech, Rustem Shameev spoke about the organization of control over the use of state property by state institutions and compliance with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation by subordinate organizations. Since 2009, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan annually inspects the safety of state property and the efficiency of its use by institutions.

On November 3, 2020 a videoconference meeting on the organization of the implementation of schedules for entering information on the boundaries of settlements and territorial zones in the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan into the Unified State Register of Real Estate held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Acting Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov.
