The meeting was attended by representatives of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal service of state registration, cadaster and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, the branch of “Federal Cadastral Chamber” of the Federal service of state registration, cadaster and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Budget Fund “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

In connection with the prevailing complex epidemiological situation, in order to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection COVID-19, a weekly sanitary treatment of vehicles serving the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources is carried out at the subordinate institution of the Ministry of Land Property of Republic of Tatarstan the State Budgetary Institution “Management of Material Support”.

In Tatarstan, federal measures are in place to support entrepreneurs working in the areas most affected by the pandemic. One of them is interest-free lending. The interest on the loan will be covered from the federal budget.

The Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will provide financial assistance to small and medium enterprises in the form of a microloan at 1%. The loan is available for small and medium etnerprises from industries that were not previously covered by federal and republican measures and were not included in the list of the most affected sectors. Support will be provided, first of all, to entrepreneurs engaged in the real sector of the economy and will begin to be implemented from April 27.

On April 24, 2020 the meeting with the participation of representatives of the non-profit organization “State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan”, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in the mode of videoconference.

At the meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, parliamentarians considered a republican bill amending the law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Subsoil”. The document is aimed at bringing it into compliance with federal law.

Azat Khamaev, Chairman of the Committee on Ecology, Nature Management, Agroindustrial and Food Policy, noted that the bill fixes a new type of subsoil use - to develop technologies for geological exploration, exploration and production of hard-to-recover minerals.

The special section “Smart.Anticrisis” has been created by the Strategic Initiatives Agency (SIA) to collect relevant Russian and foreign anti-crisis practices and solutions, conduct surveys of entrepreneurs and experts, and also to demonstrate the “business well-being card” online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The section contains local support tools, solutions to problems and summary information about the state of business in the country. In a separate tab, business support measures implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan are presented.

 The base will be regularly replenished, including through the practices of the finalists of the All-Russian SIA contest Smart.Evolution. Regional teams themselves can submit solutions to the platform with a description of the support measures provided for different segments of the population or supplement the practices already posted on Smartek.
