On May 13, 2020, the regular meeting of the anti-corruption commission took place at the State Budgetary Institution Management of Material Support under the chairmanship of the head of the institution, Raviz Khabibullin. At a meeting of the commission, the issue of making changes to the procedure for acceptance of goods, work and services at the State Budget Institution “Material Support Department” was considered.

The updated Procedure is approved by the Order on the Establishment dated May 13, 2020 N 71.

According to the results of the first quarter of 2020 in Tatarstan, the total debt in municipalities for rent for property and land amounted to 396 million rubles, including 346 million for land and 50 million for property. Allowed debt growth in 24 municipal districts. In 15 municipalities, debt was reduced, including in Kazan - by 820 thousand rubles, in Naberezhnye Chelny - by 4.5 million rubles.

In the city of Kazan, about 14 thousand families are currently included in the  land plots receive lists, more than 5.8 thousand large families have received land ownership.

Minister Fanil Agliullin held a video conference with the participation of the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Transport and Road Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives Executive Committee of the Municipal Formation of Kazan; Head of the Executive Committee of VysokoGorsky Municipal District, Director of the Institute of Kazgrazhdanproekt MBU and a representative of the Bureau of Technical Inventory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting discussed issues related to the preparation of topographic surveys, the development of planning and land surveying projects, land management and cadastral work, with amendments to the master plan of the rural settlement and providing land with engineering infrastructure.

By the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated May 12, 2020 No. 657 “On Amending the List of Branches of the Russian Economy Most Affected by the Worsening of the Situation as a Result of the Spread of a New Coronavirus Infection”, amendments were made to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 3, 2020 No. 434 “On the approval of the list of sectors of the Russian economy that have been most affected by the deteriorating situation as a result of the spread of a new coronavirus infection.”

As of April 30, 2020, 142.85 million rubles of non-tax revenues were received from the use and sale of state property and land plots to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan. part of the net profit of state unitary enterprises - 0.04 million rubles - the plan is implemented by 0.1%.
