Today at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the meeting in video conferencing (ZOOM) mode with the participation of representatives of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Laishevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan was held under the chairmanship of acting Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Tagir Khusnutdinov. Participants in the video conferencing mode discussed the development and approval of territorial planning documents of the Laishevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Civil Code of the Russian Federation does not allow giving gifts to public servants in connection with the performance of their official duties (with the exception of gifts, the value of which does not exceed three thousand rubles). Notification of receipt of a gift in connection with protocol events, etc., delivery and evaluation of a gift, sale (redemption) and crediting of the proceeds from its sale, approved by Resolution of Government of Russian Federation No. 10 of January 9, 2014 and the procedures provided for therein, do not apply on the:

1) stationery, which in the framework of events provided to each participant;

2) flowers, incl. in pots, flower baskets, artificial flowers, etc .;

3) gifts, including valuable, given as incentives (awards) on behalf of the state (municipal) authority, the organization in which the official serves, another government agency, organization, which is confirmed by an appropriate order.

On behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, state budgetary institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared draft laws on changing the boundaries of the territories of individual municipalities and amending the laws of the Republic of Tatarstan “On the boundaries of the territory and status of the municipal formation of the city of Kazan”, “On establishing the boundaries of territories and status Municipal Formation "Vysokogorsky Municipal District" and municipal formations in its composition "," On Establishing the Borders of Territories and the Status of the Municipal Formation "Laishevsky Municipal District" and Municipal Formations in its Structure ". The draft laws include map maps and a detailed description of the boundaries of municipalities.

Today, Acting Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Tagir Khusnutdinov, held a meeting via video conferencing with the participation of colleagues from the Kirov region. The participants discussed the procedure for establishing the border, exchanged experience in this area and agreed on cooperation.

Today, President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a regular meeting with the leaders of small oil companies of the republic. Participants of the event discussed the results of activities for the first quarter of this year and identified the objectives of further development.

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that the oil market in the first quarter was under the negative influence of the termination of the OPEC + deal and the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic. The average price of Russian oil in March this year amounted to $ 29 per barrel. This is 2.3 times less than in March last year. In April, the average price of Urals was already at $ 18 per barrel, which is almost 4 times lower than the price of April last year. “Accordingly, there was an objective decrease in revenue as compared to the same period last year,” the President of the Republic of Tatarstan stated.

According to Rustam Minnikhanov, the situation with coronavirus has a negative impact on the level of economic activity. This applies not only to the oil and gas sector, but also to all sectors of the economy. Nevertheless, according to the results of the first quarter, positive dynamics was maintained in the republic, Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized.

“The engine of our economy is the oil industry. This industry has a difficult situation. The country's leadership pays great attention to this issue. Today, there is some stabilization, including through reduced production. But there is no other way. The problem of coronavirus has affected the whole world. The market for petroleum products and petrochemicals has plummeted. This was reflected in our supplies, ”said the President of Tatarstan.

Fanis Valiev, Director General of CJSC Nefteconsorcium, reported that 1 million 783 thousand tons of oil were produced by small oil companies in the first quarter of this year, which is 119 thousand tons higher than the set target and amounted to 107% of the established volumes. The proportion of oil produced by small companies amounted to 19.9% of the total volume in the republic. The established targets for oil production were completed by 27 companies.

In May 2020, the State Budgetary Institution Republican Property Treasury under the commission contracts concluded with third-party organizations, held 3 electronic auctions for the sale of vehicles assigned to the state institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan on the right of operational management. At these auctions 3 vehicles were sold for a total of 218,900 rubles with an initial cost of 173,000 rubles.
