From November 21 to 22, 2019, on the basis of the autonomous non-profit organization for higher education Innopolis University, employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan undergo the second full-time training module under the continuing education program - advanced training program “CDO (Chief Data Officer) - data-based management”.
Training is conducted in the form of streaming lectures and practical exercises - in the form of master classes, group work, workshops, etc.
As part of the team of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, 20 employees take part in the training.
On November 20, 2019, the meeting on the issue of considering the financial and economic activities of municipal unitary enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan for the first 9 months of 2019 was held in the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of representatives of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the mode of video conferencing. At the end of the 3rd quarter of 2019, 152 municipal unitary enterprises were registered in the Republic of Tatarstan, of which 114 are operational, 13 do not carry out financial and economic activities, 19 are at the liquidation stage, 6 are at the bankruptcy stage. According to the analysis, there is a gradual decrease in the number of unprofitable enterprises on a quarterly basis. So, in the 1st quarter of 2019, 62 municipal unitary enterprises were unprofitable, and in the 2nd quarter of 2019, 57 municipal unitary enterprises were unprofitable, and in the 3rd quarter of 2019, out of 114 operating municipal unitary enterprises, 48 municipal unitary enterprises were unprofitable, which is 42.1%. The number of credited enterprises based on the autonomy coefficient is 49 municipal unitary enterprises, which is 42.9% of the total number of existing municipal unitary enterprises. This indicator during 2019 did not tend to decrease or increase. Following the meeting, representatives of municipalities were given relevant recommendations.
On November 15 and 16, 2019 in the city of Ryazan, the Interregional Forum “Development of the state cadastral assessment Institute: the Concept of Definition and the Relevance of Cadastral Assessment” was held, in which representatives of 40 regions of the Russian Federation participated, including employees of the State Budgetary Institution “Center for State Cadastral Assessment”.
The forum was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Central Office of Federal service of stae registration, cadaster and cartography, representatives of the executive bodies of state power of individual constituent entities of the Russian Federation, leaders and leading experts in the field of state cadastral valuation, and representatives of the valuation community.
Participants touched on topical issues related to the preparation and conduct of the state cadastral valuation, as well as the formation of pre-trial and judicial practice of revising the cadastral value of real estate. They discussed the features of determining the cadastral value of certain categories of real estate, current software development and the prospects for the development of legislation in the field of state cadastral valuation.
The second day of the forum was devoted to more substantive acquaintance with the experience of the Ryazan region in conducting state cadastral valuation in the framework of the implementation of the provisions of Federal Law 237-FZ.

Today the meeting of the Commission of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of representatives of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan to monitor the safety of state property transferred to the economic management of state unitary enterprises and the authorized capital of joint stock companies whose shares are owned by the Republic of Tatarstan was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Eduard Diyarov.
The meeting examined the financial and economic activities of the following enterprises and joint-stock companies: Bazis-Terra JSC, State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan “Teploenergoseti”, State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan IC PromStroySecurity, JSC Projects of Tatarstan, JSC Export Corporation of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC Zelenodolsk Design Bureau. On November 11. 2019 at the next meeting of the Board of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan (Union) chaired by the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Diyarov, the activities of the Committees and Councils for the year were reviewed.
