Issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.

A resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan was adopted establishing a new procedure for determining the price when selling land plots owned by the Republic of Tatarstan and state ownership of which is not delimited, on which buildings, structures are located, to the owners of such buildings, structures or premises in them.

In particular, in the urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, for the owners of buildings, structures, structures or premises in them, the price of a land plot is 25% of the cadastral value of the plot, valid at the time of receipt of the application from the owner of the property. In the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan - 12.5% of the cadastral value of the land plot.

The State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" continues to sell movable, immovable and other property. Based on the results of 8 months of 2022, the State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" held 70 auctions for state institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan. At 44 auctions, 137 vehicles and 4 horses were sold for a total of 60,715 thousand rubles. 40 properties were leased at 26 auctions.

Within the framework of the Interdepartmental Commission (headquarters) for the implementation of measures to reduce tax debts to the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin held a regular meeting of the balance commission for working with debtors to pay taxes on supervised types of economic activity. The commission was also attended by Deputy Minister Edik Diyarov, Head of the Economics Department Lilia Gaizetdinova and a representative of BULGAR ARYSH LLC.

Today, a board meeting on the results of work for the first half of 2022 was held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Minister Fanil Agliullin.

Members of the board, representatives of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, ministries and departments, organizations and institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the meeting, as well as heads of executive committees of municipalities, heads of chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

For the first half of this year, the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan received 3 billion 635.7 million rubles from the use and sale of property and land owned by the Republic of Tatarstan. The budget task for the indicated incomes was fulfilled by 97%. For the same period last year, the budget of the Republic received 268 million rubles.

The total amount of revenues of local budgets of the Republic of Tatarstan is 2 billion 579 million rubles, which is 62% of the annual plan. Revenues were received by 33.6 million rubles more than in the same period in 2021.

Yesterday, the next monthly joint meeting of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the executive committees of the municipal districts of the republic on the preparation of urban planning documentation was held.

Today, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin paid a working visit to the Kaibitsky municipal district.

As part of the August conference of educators, he took part in the action "Help get ready for school", which took place in the «Dubrava» park. All first-graders of the district were invited to the event, where they had a real holiday and were presented with new satchels with a full set of school supplies. Fanil Agliullin thanked the teachers for their contribution to the upbringing of the younger generation and congratulated the first graders on an important event, the first step into school life. On October 10, 2022, public auctions held in the form of an open auction in electronic form, for the sale of objects of cultural heritage of regional significance seized on the basis of a court decision “The House of V.I. Shchetinkin, 1841 - 1844.” and "The House of V.I.
