Today, at the twenty-eighth meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the sixth convocation, Fanil Agliullin submitted to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan for approval the Agreement on establishing the location of the border between the subjects of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Tatarstan and the Orenburg region, which was approved by a unanimous decision.

The work to determine the border with the Orenburg region began at the end of 2019 with the collection and analysis of initial cartographic and cadastral materials. Initially, fifty-five disputed sections of the border were identified.

In particular, large unaccounted territories (with a total area of ​​more than 100 hectares) of the Republic of Tatarstan were found at the border, formed as a result of the discrepancy between the boundaries on the maps of on-farm land management of adjacent farms, due to the incorrect display of the boundaries of forestries. Considering that these territories were not used by the Orenburg side and there are no registered cadastral plots on it, as well as taking into account the materials of orthophotomaps, an agreed decision was made to refer the unaccounted plots to the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today a videoconference meeting with the heads of the executive committees of the regions of the republic and their responsible representatives for the development of territorial planning documents was held at the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Federal Law of December 6, 2021 № 408-ФЗ "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" amended the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation. Now the developer can, on the basis of an application for the commissioning of a capital construction object, sent to an authorized body or organization, receive a full range of necessary services, including making an entry on the right to such an object in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. To do this, the developer must indicate, among other things, information on the payment of the state duty for the implementation of state registration of rights in the application for issuing a permit to enter a capital construction object into operation.

Today in Almetyevsk the meeting of the Board of Directors of TATNEFT named after V.D. Shashin PJSC under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. At the meeting, the results of the execution of the budget of TATNEFT PJSC for eleven months of 2021 were considered and the budget for January and the first quarter of 2022 was approved.
