The Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan presents a new map, which reflects the state of development of master plans and rules of land use and development of settlements of the republic.

The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin reported on the provision of land plots in the Republic of Tatarstan to citizens with three or more children.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

In 2021, work on the provision of land plots to large families continued. The list for the provision of land plots in Tatarstan includes 65,967 families. 45,790 plots have been registered in the cadastre. 41,724 large families are provided with land plots, 24,243 families are not provided with land, which are awaiting the provision of a free land plot.

The republican indicator established by the state assignment (assessment of the quality of life of the population and the effectiveness of activities for 2020-2022) for providing large families with land plots for 2021 has been fulfilled. This year's indicator is 69.0%.

The minister cited data in the context of municipal districts. He noted that in 19 municipalities the work to provide large families in 2021 has been fully completed, in 11 districts the indicator is from 90 to 99%, in five districts - from 80 to 90%.

In general, 3,201 land plots have been provided in the country this year. Almost 70% of the deficit falls on Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny.

In the city of Kazan, land plots were provided to 6,659 families. The municipal areas in the settlements of Sokury and Kaimary have been mastered. Work continues on the development of federal areas.

With regard to federal areas with a total area of ​​639 hectares, 2,274 plots were registered for individual housing construction.

Large families selected 2,219 plots.

In Naberezhnye Chelny, 3,373 land plots have been provided to large families, and 5,346 land plots remain to be presented. Municipal areas in the villages of Azmushkino, Semekeevo, Ilbukhtino, Kalmash have been fully developed.

The head of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan reminded the mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny of the need to speed up work to involve additional territories.

Today, the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Edik Diyarov held a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on work with government representatives in the management and control bodies of business companies and partnerships in the videoconference mode (on the Zoom platform).

The issues of reducing arrears and tax arrears were considered in the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. The representatives of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Service of Bailiffs for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.

On December 17, 2021, the meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission was held at the State Budgetary Institution "Management of Material Support". The commission headed by the head of the institution - Khabibullin Raviz Ravilevich - summed up the results of the commission's work in 2021.

During the meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, held on December 16, 2021, Chairman of the Council Rashid Abashev made a presentation on the results of the year and areas of interaction. The speech, in particular, reflects the topics raised at the meetings of the Council: implementation of corporate governance functions in organizations with a state share in the authorized (joint) capital, support for entrepreneurs, implementation of public control functions, a set of antimonopoly organizational and legal measures, results of a public opinion poll on the state of corruption and other issues. The speaker noted a positive trend in the anti-corruption work of the Ministry, given the absence of negative facts for 2021. This fact was also confirmed by representatives of law enforcement agencies at a meeting of the Commission on Combating Corruption under the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

    Rashid Abashev said that significant changes have been made to the regulatory framework for the activities of Public Councils. In particular, the function of public control of the Council over the activities of the executive body has been determined. The Council organizes public examination of regulatory legal acts, participates in monitoring the quality of the provision of public services, in the work of personnel commissions of the ministry, and much more. An entire section is devoted to conflicts of interest in the Public Council, prevention of corruption risks. The innovations in the legal framework require new approaches to the activities of a public body representing the positions of civil society, the speaker emphasized.

Today the director of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" Airat Usmanov paid a working visit to the city of Yoshkar-Ola, where he met with the Minister of Construction and Architecture of Mari El Mikhail Stepanov.
