At a joint meeting of the Board and the Education Committee of the Non-Commercial Partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" (Union), issues of preparation for the 10th anniversary of the Union, which will take place on August 12 next year, were discussed. The event is planned with the participation of members of the Supervisory Board of the Union, which includes heads of federal self-regulating organizations of appraisers, authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, major public associations and banks. As noted by the participants, the unique experience of the Union, effective interaction between the state and independent experts is not only in demand, but also replicated in the Russian Federation.

Today the meeting under the chairmanship of Minister Fanil Agliullin on the creation and maintenance of a state information system for ensuring urban planning activities of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the meeting, reports from two municipal districts, on the territory of which an information system for ensuring urban planning activities of the Republic of Tatarstan (Almetyevsky, Sabinsky) was introduced at the municipal level, on the operation of the system and problems arising during its operation were heard.

 

As of July 31, 2021, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 377.76 million rubles. The budget target for the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of July 31, 2021 was fulfilled by 95.95%.
