Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 14, 2021 No. 3 "On Amendments to Items 1 and 2 of the List of Documents Required for State Registration of the Ownership Rights of the Russian Federation, Subject of the Russian Federation or a Municipal Formation to a Land Plot when Delimiting State Property Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 14, 2016 No. 307 "On Approval of the List of Documents Required for State Registration of the Right of Ownership of the Russian Federation, Subject of the Russian Federation or Municipal Formation to a Land Plot in Delineating State Ownership of Land, and on invalidating the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 30, 2006 No. 404 ", which amended the list of documents of title to the land plot, including a copy of the act of the state authority or local government leasing the site for permanent (unlimited) use; a copy of the agreement on the lease of the site, on the free use of it; other documents that confirm the provision of the site.

On February 25, 2021, the state budgetary institution "Republican Property Treasury" held an electronic auction for the sale of movable property of autonomous institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan. As a result of the auction, two vehicles were sold for a total amount of 238,185.00 rubles, with an initial price of 106,558.00 rubles.

The videoconference under the chairmanship of the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin, was held on the issue of registration of land plots under cemeteries owned by individuals, including shared land. The meeting was attended by the chairmen of the chambers of land and property relations of the municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was held with the participation of Deputy Minister Edik Diyarov, heads of structural units of the Ministry, members of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Darya Protsenko, head of summary analysis department of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, told about the results of the work of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2020 and directions of activity for 2021, based on the materials of the final Collegium of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. The members of the Public Council noted the problematic issues reflected in the submitted materials for further joint work.

In pursuance of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated March 13, 2019 No. 182, NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" conducted research on the average market value of residential real estate in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2020 and at the beginning of 2021.

The results are presented in the Expert-analytical study of the residential real estate market in municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2021. The heads of the executive committees of the districts and cities of the Republic of Tatarstan were notified of the study, the results of the studies on the subordinate territories were sent to these addresses, in some cases the necessary adjustments were made with the housing policy departments of the executive committees. The generalized tables of the average market value of residential real estate are planned for publication in the 9th edition of the Collection “Monitoring of prices of real estate objects, land plots and rental rates” as of March 1, 2021.

The videoconference on the issue of considering the possibility of acquiring and accepting for use railway bridges and overpasses located in the municipality of Naberezhnye Chelny by KAMAZ PJSC was held In the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, under the chairmanship of First Deputy Minister Artur Galiev. Representatives of KAMAZ PJSC, the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Promzheldortrans-Service LLC took part in the discussion of the issue.
