02.08.2017 at the regular meeting of Board of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, in commemoration of the 5 anniversary of creation of the Partnership, the medal "For Consolidation of Appraisal Community" is founded, the Provision on a medal, her description and the image are approved.

At a meeting decisions on addition of section 5 of the Provision on membership in non-profit partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" regarding specification of the bases of suspension of membership in Partnership, also on an exception of structure of Partnership of LLC AGAT NK according to the Charter of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan concluded agreements with local governments.

The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.

As of 01.08.2017 the Ministry considered 1509 applications to 1825 transactions, have not revealed significant observations in 638 transactions. In 1187 transactions notes are given, documents were sent back for revision.

According to specialists of department of economy of the ministry in seven months of 2017 the non-tax income from use and realization of the state property and the land plots which have come to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan have made 470,8 million rubles.

In a section of articles on 01.08.2017 has come to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan:

from rent of property – 49,81 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 104,07%;

from land lease – 36,69 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 65,81%;

from an easement – 1,54 million rubles – the plan is implemented by 248,39%;

from realization of property – 10,89 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 36,3%;

from realization of lands – 7,07 million rubles (on this article the plan isn't established);

from trust management – 56,9 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 110,92%;

dividends – 249,45 million rubles - the plan is executed for 380,14%;

part of net profit of the state unitary enterprises – 58,09 million rubles - the plan is executed for 142,73%

According to the deputy head of Management Lenar Fatterakhmanov in 1 half of 2017 in the sphere of land supervision Management has held 263 control and supervising events, including 75 planned inspections, 39 unscheduled inspections, 59 administrative investigations, 2 planned road surveys during which violations of the land legislation on the area of 1424,191 hectares are revealed, the sum of the imposed penalties was 2885 thousand rubles. In 2 quarter of 2017 it is collected penalties for the sum of 1548,2 thousand rubles.

During the control and supervising actions more than 65000 hectares of lands of agricultural purpose are inspected. 77 decrees on cases of administrative offenses are issued. 38 instructions about elimination of violations of the law are issued, executed - 6, 30 ideas of elimination of the reasons and conditions promoting commission of administrative offenses are taken out.

Attention to appraisal community: the representative of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation body - SBE "Federal Resource Center for Management Training" collects preliminary applications for the organization of holding qualification examinations of appraisers in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation. During setting of group of applicants in this territorial subject of the Russian Federation reception of a qualification examination will be organized. Before filling of the registration questionnaire (registration has begun 24.07.2017) the person interested to pass a qualification examination in the Republic of Tatarstan possibly to submit the preliminary application on participation in a qualification examination in the enclosed form (it is necessary to specify in the column "Territorial subject of the Russian Federation" Republic of Tatarstan). Following the results of processing of the received preliminary applications in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation collection points for a qualification examination will be organized.
