       Effective 09.01.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 19 297 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 3 710, and in Naberezhnye Chelny. – 2 283 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 21 545. In Kazan 1 735 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       On December 17 in State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company of "KORSTON" passed event in Kazan real estate sphere - the Christmas summit – 2012. It was a traditional meeting of key players of real estate market at which the results of the expiring year were announced, tendencies were defined and forecasts of branch development were given.

       Yesterday, 17.12.2012, the educational seminar on "Reforming of the Civil Legislation in the Russian Federation" where every worker of Ministry participated took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the RT.  The seminar was held by one of leading experts in civil legislation in the Republic Farida Hamidullina, associate professor of civil and entrepreneurial law department in KFU, PhD in juridical sciences.

       17.12.2012 under the chairmanship of Rustem Shameev, the Deputy Minister of the Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the meeting on a question of updating of the Register of state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.

       Heads and the chief accountants of the organizations who haven't yet submitted registration documents were invited to meeting.

       Ministry of the Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan finishes annual updating of data of the Register of state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan. The work is performed in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers the Republic of Tatarstan of 20.03.2003 No. 150 "On the enactment of Regulation on the Register of state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan".

       Today the council under the presidency of Sergey Demidov, First Deputy Minister, took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan and involved concerned people who considered an issue of conveying ground areas for mineral deposits development (clay) in Nizhnekamsky and Yelabuzhsky districts. It is supposed to produce new building material in the mineral deposits – ceramic gravel chipping that is used in road and house building. The developer of the project is “Scientific and Manufacturing firm “SANEKO”, Ltd.

       Today, 10.12.2012, the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax income within 11 months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session headed by Azat Hamaev, Minister of Land and Property Relations RT.

       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry within above mentioned period 1 022 mln. of non-tax income came into budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of government property and ground areas. Thus within 11 months of the present year the budget task is accomplished to 89 %.

       Yesterday regular qualification exams were held to certify cadaster engineers in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.14 out of 18 allowed applicants came to take qualification exam. 6 applicants passed exams and are going to be granted with qualification Certificate of cadaster engineer.

       Today at 9 a.m. the educational seminar for Chiefs of Managements and Chambers of property and land relations on “Reforming of civil legislation, government participation and municipal organizations in investment projects” was opened in Grand Hotel Kazan. Chiefs of Managements and Chambers of property and land relations from 2 urban districts and 43 municipal districts were invited to attend the seminar.

       The seminar was launched by Azat Hamaev, Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan. In his speech to participants he pointed out, that the seminar is coincided with forthcoming global changes in civil legislation that can be called economic constitution of the country. He spoke on presumable reformations in legislation of commercial and non-commercial organizations, contract relations, modernization of land law and other changes that could directly and substantially influence on work in land and property relations sphere. Minister thereafter appealed to be ready for oncoming changes, to understand clearly its meaning and to be able to foresee all the positive and possible negative consequences.

       Today the conference on devolving of 4 sport objects in the Republic of Tatarstan to INO (Independent Non-profit Organization) “Executive directorate of the 27th Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan” (further referred to as the Directorate) for the period from 15.05.2013 to 31.07.2013 in order to provide complex preparations towards the 27th Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan was held under the presidency of First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       Yesterday the business meeting between Ministry of Land Relations’ delegation from Samara district headed by Minister Yulia Stepnova and specialists from Ministry of Land and Property Relations RT under the presidency of Minister Azat Hamaev took place in Kazan.

       Azat Hamaev, Minister of Land and Property Relations of Republic Tatarstan, in his introductory speech mentioned a great positive significance of experience exchange offered by guests from Samara and characterized main work directions of Ministry of Land and Property Relations RT.
