On September 21, 2020 the meeting of the working subgroup on establishing the adjacent border of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Orenburg region held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in the videoconference mode under the chairmanship of Acting Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov.

During the meeting, the issues of crossing the border of the Republic of Tatarstan on the border with the Orenburg region were discussed, problematic issues of establishing the border between the subjects of the Russian Federation, and also discussed a draft agreement on the establishment of an adjacent border.

The length of the border of the Republic of Tatarstan with the Orenburg region is about two hundred kilometers. Bavlinsky and Bugulminsky municipal districts of the republic are located on the border.

The progress of work on the inventory of real estate objects for which there are no registered rights was reported today at the meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan by acting Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts.

Ruslan Komarov, Director of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the establishment of the nodal point of the borders of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kirov region and the Republic of Mari El. The junction point of the boundaries of the three subjects was determined based on the data of maps of materials and the situation on the ground.

On September 18, 2020, the videoconference meeting with representatives of municipalities to consider the financial and economic activities of municipal unitary enterprises for the 2nd quarter of 2020 was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Diyarov.

At the end of the 2nd quarter of 2020, 145 municipal unitary enterprises were registered in the republic, of which 111 are operating.

According to the analysis of accounting (financial) statements, the number of unprofitable enterprises at the end of the 2nd quarter of 2020 amounted to 61 municipal unitary enterprises (54.9%).

In September 2020, the State Budgetary Institution Republican Property Treasury conducted 9 inspections of the effective use and safety of state property, enshrined in the operational management of state institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic Tatarstan, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Fanil Agliullin, held a videoconference meeting on the development of land plots previously included in the boundaries of settlements.

Today the regular meeting of the commission under the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on combating corruption with the participation of Oleg Bulgakov, representative of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, executive director of the non-profit partnership Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan was held.

Yesterday,, the meeting under the chairmanship of Minister Fanil Agliullin on the development of documents for territorial planning and urban planning zoning of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the framework of the meeting, issues were considered on draft master plans for which there is no agreement on the description of the boundaries of settlements, the results of the forestry commission and cadastral works.

In connection with the changes made to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, land plots used by legal entities and not registered in the United state register of real estate, which were previously reflected in the declarations, will not be taken into account for tax purposes, which may lead to the emergence of shortfalls in local budget revenues.
