In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, employees of the state budgetary institution Department of Housing Fund Management, together with the guardianship and trusteeship bodies of the executive committees of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, completed inspections of the safety of residential premises of the specialized housing stock of the Republic of Tatarstan provided to orphans and children left without parental care, persons from among orphans and children left without parental care in 2015. Since the beginning of the year, 331 residential premises have been inspected in 33 municipalities of the Republic.

On August 7, 2020 First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Artur Galiev, Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev and a number of heads of structural divisions of the Ministry took part in a videoconferencing meeting held by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan on the consideration of the results of the Republic Tatarstan in the National rating of the investment climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation-2020.

Today, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin held a meeting via videoconference (ZOOM) on the completion of the inventory of hydraulic structures located in the territories of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Yesterday, Acting Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov held a video conference with representatives of the Ministry of land and property of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the State Budgetary Institution Cadastral Appraisal of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, and the State Budgetary Institution Center of State Cadastral Appraisal of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The first part of the meeting was attended by colleagues from the Samara region. The draft border between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Samara region has some areas with disagreements between forestries and agricultural areas. During the meeting, representatives of both entities discussed approaches to agreeing on such sites.

In accordance with the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-ФЗ On state cadastral appraisal, in pursuance of the order of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan dated July 21, 2020 No. 2221-r, on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, a state cadastral appraisal of land plots of category of land of settlements located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan will be carried out in 2021.
