On a global scale, this reduces energy consumption, which means saving resources. The action, organized by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), is designed to draw attention to the need for a responsible attitude to the nature and resources of the planet.
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan supported the environmental action by disabling decorative lighting and emergency lighting on the administrative building for 1 hour (from 08:30pm to 09:30 pm) on Saturday March 28, 2020.
For two months of 2020, the state budgetary institution “Republican property treasury” held 8 auctions for the sale and leasing of property assigned to the institutions and enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan on the right of operational management and economic management, on which 12 vehicles were sold for a total amount of 2.5 million rubles, 4 state property lease agreements were concluded.
Additional services worth 80 thousand rubles were received for the rendered auctions provided by the State Budget Institution Republican Property Treasury.
On March 25, 2020, the meeting of the working subgroup on establishing the border of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Acting Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov, with the participation of representatives of the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadaster and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, branch of federal budgetary institution Federal Cadastral Chamber of Federal service of state registration, cadaster and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan and state budgetary institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
During the meeting, issues of crossing the border of the Republic of Tatarstan along the border with the Ulyanovsk Region were discussed, problematic issues of establishing the border between the subjects of the Russian Federation were considered.
On March 20, 2020, a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan approved a plan of measures to ensure the sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in the worsening situation due to the spread of a new coronavirus infection, volatility in oil prices and the dollar. The amendments, in particular: secured the rights of a legal entity that concluded an agreement with the customer to conduct an appraisal, to receive from the customer the information and documentation necessary to conduct the appraisal, as well as to refuse to conduct the appraisal and terminate the contract for its implementation if the customer did not provide providing the necessary information or working conditions corresponding to the contract;
clarified the deadline for applicants to re-pass the qualification exam in the field of appraisal activities and the conditions for issuing a qualification certificate;
resolved issues related to the reorganization of a non-profit organization having the status of a self-regulatory organization of appraisers;
the list of grounds for applying disciplinary measures against members of SRO appraisers has been expanded;
the rules governing the procedure for depositing to a notary public the property that makes up the SRO compensation fund are fixed in the absence of a national association of SRO appraisers during the liquidation of such an organization;
A list of information on the report on the valuation of property of the debtor, which is to be included in the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information, has been established.
Artur Galiev, First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on progress in providing large families with land plots at the meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconferencing meeting with all municipal areas. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the meeting.
Arthur Galiev noted that to date, 56 thousand large families are included in the lists, of which 36 thousand or 65% are provided with plots. Norms for the provision of land approved by the local government bodies in the range from 6 to 20 acres. In Kazan, this is 6 acres for a family of 3 children, plus 1 acre for each subsequent child. On average, 11 acres of land are provided to large families in the republic.
Arthur Galiev said that today 7 municipal districts have fully provided large families with land plots. These are Agryzsky, Aksubaevsky, Apastovsky, Mamadyshsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Spassky, Tetyushsky districts. Among the lagging 10 regions, in which this indicator is only 50-80%. These are Nizhnekamsk, Bavlinsky, Leninogorsky, Almetyevsky, Zelenodolsky, Bugulminsky, Laishevsky, Kukmorsky, Arsky, Tukaevsky districts.
Separately, the speaker dwelled on the cities of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny, where the total shortage of plots is about 11 thousand. So, the municipal massifs located near Kazan in the villages of Sokury and Kaymary have already been fully developed. Work continues on the development of federal arrays. In total, it was planned to form 2.5 thousand plots to provide large families of Kazan. To date, 2 thousand 360 plots have been formed, of which 1 thousand 14 plots have already been decided by the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan to provide for large families. Work on the provision continues - in reserve 1300 more sites. Another 963 hectares of federal plots in this territory were also transferred. Preparatory work has begun, which includes the preparation of a master plan, surveying, land surveying, the development of a land surveying project, and cadastral registration.
In the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, the municipal arrays in the village of Azmushkino, which includes the Sunflowers microdistrict, are fully developed. Work continues on the development of additional arrays. In order to provide large families of Naberezhnye Chelny, it was planned to form 780 plots in total. To date, 535 plots have been formed, of which 246 plots have already been selected by large families. There is also a reserve - 289 sites, the provision continues.
Arthur Galiev called on the administration of Naberezhnye Chelny and the Tukaevsky municipal district to speed up the development of the arrays. He also noted the importance of establishing interaction and mutual understanding of local authorities in the development of new territories.

During the meeting issues of border crossing between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation on forestry were considered. In particular, the results of a joint trip of representatives of the Ministry of Land Property and the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan to the Federal Forestry Agency were discussed, within the framework of which the federal body announced ways to solve such problematic issues as: overlaying the boundaries of forestries of neighboring entities on each other, large gaps between the borders of forestries, as well as registry errors within the boundaries of individual forestry sites.

Yesterday, the meeting of the certification commission of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on the certification of 16 state civil servants for compliance with the occupied positions of the state civil service was held, in addition, 1 state civil servant passed the qualification exam in order to assign a class rank based on an assessment of professional performance.
According to the general opinion of the members of the certification commission, all state civil servants are well aware of normative documents and official regulations, they answered questions professionally and convincingly.
According to the results of the unanimous vote of the certification commission, all certified employees correspond to their positions, and 1 civil servant will be assigned the corresponding class rank.
