On April 7, 2020, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Introducing Amendments to Article 472 of the Budget Code of the Russian Federation.

Monitoring is based on the analysis and statistical processing of market information about offers and transactions for undeveloped land plots and capital construction projects obtained from the media, multi-listing ad systems, data from professional real estate market participants, experts, auction and transaction results, including . with state and municipal property committed since the previous release.

The Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 4, 2020 No. 440 "On the extension of the validity of permits and other features in relation to licensing activities in 2020" was adopted.

Appendix No. 7 relates to the issue of extending the validity of qualification certificates of appraisers.

As of March 31, 2020, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 115.69 million rubles. The federal law establishes liability for violation of the law in the field of ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population during the emergency mode or when there is a threat of the spread of a disease that poses a danger to others, or during the implementation of restrictive measures (quarantine) in the relevant territory, as well as increased administrative responsibility for actions (inaction) resulting in harm to human health or death ka, if these actions (inaction) do not contain a criminal offense.

By the decision of the Personnel Policy Council under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, a list of state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan was approved for inclusion on the Electronic Board of Honor of the Republic of Tatarstan. The main purpose of its creation is to increase the prestige of the public service of the Republic of Tatarstan and public recognition of merits in the professional performance of public servants of the republic.

As of April 1, 2020, according to the accepted applications from large citizens for land plots, decisions to include 56 307 applicants in the lists, including 13,908 in Kazan, and the city of Naberezhniye Chelny - 7,470 applicants, were made.

The Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the team of the Center for Digital Transformation and Ak Bars Digital Technologies, developed and launched a service for obtaining digital passes for leaving home during the self-isolation regime. Tatarstan became the first region in the country to implement this system.

Since March 30, in the territory of Tatarstan in connection with the prevention of large-scale spread of coronavirus infection, a self-isolation regime was introduced for all residents of the republic. To comply with it and the convenience of citizens, a new service has been launched, where you can issue digital passes to exit the house.

To obtain a pass, you must register in the system. To do this, you need to send an SMS to the short number 2590 with personal data and consent to processing. In response, a unique code will come that identifies the resident's identity and place of residence. Registering in the system is recommended to all residents of the republic.

On March 31, 2020 the regular meeting on the issue of streamlining the accounting of hydraulic structures located in the territories of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan via videoconference under the chairmanship of First Deputy Minister Artur Galiev.

 The meeting addressed issues related to the progress of visual commission examinations of ownerless hydraulic structures located in the territory of 33 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, reconciliation of differences in the number of hydraulic structures in 17 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan with the database of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan and 25 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan with data from the Federal State Budget Institution "Tatmeliovodkhoz".
