What is Tatarstan primarily associated with? There can be a great many answers to this question! Komsomolskaya Pravda-Kazan decided to launch a unique project - “100 Legendary Brands of the Republic of Tatarstan”, which will help make a difficult choice. This is a project about brands, companies and trademarks that marked the 100-year history of our Republic. There are many examples in Tatarstan of how enterprises and organizations with a name in the past became the flagship brands of the present.

The purpose of the project is to tell how the legendary Tatarstan brands were built and successfully developed. Promote not only big brands that have become national and global, but also local, regional brands, from all spheres: industry, transport, agriculture, trade, food, universities, communications, media, art, sports, etc. To connect a wide audience to the discussion of the choice of legendary brands.

At the same time, anyone can take part in the selection of 100 national brands of Tatarstan. At the first stage, residents of the republic can offer their candidates. The most frequently mentioned brands will be included in the voting list in two categories:

A solemn event with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was held in the Concert Hall named after Ilham Shakirov of the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center.

Then the ceremony of awarding the new state award of the Republic of Tatarstan - “100 years of the founding of the TASSR” - the most distinguished fellow citizens.

Rustam Minnikhanov presented the award to the State Advisor to the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev.

In a festive atmosphere, the award was presented to the veteran of the Great Patriotic War, Hero of the Soviet Union Boris Kuznetsov.

In connection with the frequent cases of citizens ’appeals, State Budget Institution “Center of State Cadastral Assessment” informs that the provision of services to correct the technical and (or) methodological error made in determining the cadastral value is carried out only for those objects whose cadastral value was determined by the State Budget Institution “Center of State Cadastral Assessment”.

    State Budget Institution “Center of State Cadastral Assessment”  considers applications related to the correction of a technical and (or) methodological error made in determining the cadastral value only for land plots of the category of agricultural land. From January 2020, State Budget Institution “Center of State Cadastral Assessment” will begin consideration of such requests for land plots of land of the water fund, forest fund, lands of specially protected territories and objects.

    In the case of applications for all other real estate, the applicant will receive a standard refusal to consider the application on the basis of paragraph 1 of Art. 21 of the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-FZ "On State Cadastral Assessment".

The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin visited the State Budget Institution “Center of State Cadastral Assessment” and JSC “Bureau of Technical Inventory of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

“The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic, together with the heads of municipal districts, should complete the analysis of undeveloped lands; and also to work out the issue of removing these lands from the borders of settlements with their return to the category of agricultural land, ”Rustam Minnikhanov said. “The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic needs to prepare and submit for consideration to the State Council a draft law on the establishment of minimum sizes of land plots formed from agricultural land.”

Rustam Minnikhanov also instructed the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to prepare a bill allowing citizens who do not have documents for land plots and residential buildings located on them to draw up a property right in a simplified manner, provided that these residential premises are the only housing, and registration of citizens at this address was carried out until 1991.

In connection with the upcoming New Year and Christmas holidays, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation recalls the need to comply with the ban on giving and receiving gifts.

The appeals of citizens were of a very different nature: issues of land acquisition, registration of common land in garden societies, obtaining land shares from agricultural land, legal advice and other statements regarding the activities of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On December 12, 2019, the regular meeting of the Commission on Combating Corruption under the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was held under the chairmanship of Minister Fanil Agliullin,.
