Issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.

Within the framework of the Interdepartmental Commission (headquarters) for the implementation of measures to reduce tax debts to the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin held a meeting of the balance commission for working with tax debtors for supervised types of economic activity. The commission was also attended by Deputy Minister Edik Diyarov, Head of the Economics Department Lilia Gayzetdinova, representatives of Vostochnaya Zemelnaya Kompaniya LLC, Artrade-Service LLC and Tekhnostil LLC.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, work to establish the boundaries of settlements by amending the territorial planning schemes continues.

Information about the border between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Tatarstan and the Orenburg Region is included in the Unified State Register of Real Estate in relation to the Tatarsky cadastral district.

 

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with the head of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography Oleg Skufinsky today.

At the meeting, they discussed the implementation of the state program "National System of Spatial Data" (NSSD). Tatarstan is one of the 20 pilot regions where the first services of the Unified Digital NSSD Platform for citizens, government and business will be launched.

 

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan announced auctions for the right to conclude lease agreements for property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, free from the rights of third parties, with the exception of the right of economic management, the right of operational management, as well as the property rights of small and medium-sized businesses, intended to be provided on the right of ownership and (or) use on a long-term basis and on preferential terms to small and medium-sized businesses and organizations that form the infrastructure for supporting small and medium-sized businesses, as well as during the period of the experiment established by Federal Law of November 27, 2018 No. 422-ФЗ “On conducting an experiment to establish a special tax regime “Tax on professional income”, for individuals who are not individual entrepreneurs and apply a special tax regime “Tax on professional income”.

The term of the lease agreement is 6 years

The rent is:

– in the first year of the lease – 0 percent;

– in the second year of the lease – 0 percent;

– in the third year of the lease – 25 percent;

– in the fourth year of the lease – 50 percent;

– in the fifth year of the lease – 75 percent;

- in the sixth and subsequent years of the lease - 100 percent of the amount of the rent established on the basis of the assessment of the market value of the lease of the property.

The law establishes that citizens with three or more children will be able to claim free provision of a land plot in accordance with subparagraph 1 of paragraph 3 of Article 32 of the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan, only if on the day of filing an application for granting a land plot, these citizens are registered as those in need of housing provided under social rental agreements, and the period of residence of one of the parents or the only parent in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan is at least five years.
